I’m always trying to find new tips and methods of writing that actually gets me to complete stuff, but it’s like my brain actively fights against it, it’s like “no!! you can’t trick me!!”

One of the easiest ways for me to write is second person pov, for some reason it just helps me get everything down, but I don’t really like having my stories exist as second person pov, so you’d think the best thing to do would be to write in second person pov so I just have everything down, and then afterwards I can go back and rewrite it a different way, right??

Well! ever since I’ve had that thought, my brain refuses to write even second person pov because it knows what’s going to happen in the editing process, and god forbid I get stories finished!! 🙄🙄

When I realized I could root around the trashcans I started doing it almost every time I passed one just for fun (I hadn’t realized you could even get stuff from them yet), and 40% of the time I would get caught, but only by the same person.

Come winter and Alex and I (dressed in a t-shirt and tiara) are standing by Dusty’s, best buds, talking about how weird people (Sebastian) in town are while he eats the cookies he just watched me dig out of his grandparents trashcan.
