Ben’s ‘death’ fucking destroyed me because everything about it was so heart breaking and perfect. Him possessing Klaus then getting to hug and say hi to Diego?? All of season one him getting mad at Klaus for wasting his life?? All of that then him giving up his to save his sister. All for love. And then making damn well sure Klaus knew it wasn’t his fault he stayed so long.

In conclusion I love Ben Hargreaves with all my heart and soul.

Okay - I’m very much on Team Gabriel here with the decision-making. No, it’s not because Echo killed an innocent. Like Diyoza said it was technically the smart choice in the spy/runaway mindset. But not the point.

Gabriel was actually the one making a smart choice. The logical choice. Head!Gabriel in action. There was a reason they showed Gabriel looking back at Levitt a few times. There’s a reason he voices his concerns about Levitt. He’s suspicious, thinking they can’t really trust Levitt. And ya know what? I think he’s right. I think Levitt was reprogrammed or something and who amongst them would recognized someone brainwashed? Gabriel.

If they followed him blindly they probably would be dead. Clearly the people on Bardo are not interested in executing them. They don’t have enough information to run onto the surface into the toxic air if the other option isn’t certain death. If they stay, they’re captured but they live another day. They gather more information and come up with a better escape plan. Gabriel was right.
