A villain has a tradition on Halloween. Every Halloween they kidnap a bus load of students and hide them in a random room of an unbreakable mansion. This is a ploy to get the heroes to go through their haunted house full of assassin's dressed in costumes. Eventually kids start hoping that they are kidnapped that day because no kid has ever gotten hurt from this. Skipping school and hero autographs is also good reason.
