Alright, not sick anymore!

Okay, so since I’m doing prompts for April, there are a few things I gotta think about:

Is it gonna be daily or weekly prompts?

How many prompts do I need to make?

What theme should I try centering around?

Should there be more than one theme depending on how daily it will be?

Currently, there’s only one irl event that should interrupt the planning period, and that’s about it. I will give updates as it goes, and the final product should be released last week of march.

Hi everyone

Break time for me is almost over, and I wanna say this now so no one is caught by surprise

Due to both recent drama circulating and the tmnt au competition in motion: I’ve decided to push back family photos for the summer event.

To be more specific on why: there is tension within the fandom, and most people will be busy/exhausted from the competition. Doing family photos, from how I’m currently picturing it, could possibly add more stress. Plus most of us, if not all, are currently students and have possible trouble participating.

So I am saving it for the summer time. At least then, things should be calm, more people should have free time, and we all can fun with this.

So if it’s not the family photos being done for the spring event, what will be done?

Prompts

They’re easy, they’re fun, and they aren’t as stressful as the family photos. And I think it should work best for the spring event. When March hits, I’ll start planning more and reveal information during that month for prep time. Then the event shall begin in April.

Thank y’all for your patience, and while I know it’s disappointing that we won’t be doing an event I promised, I hope you all can understand why and have fun with this one.

So, there has been a recent drama about tcest rising about. And all I want to say about that is: the block button is right there and the filtered tags button is right there. Don’t actively witchhunt people or make it your 24/7 job. Not only will it hurt the person you’re witch hunting, it will also hurt you. Spending too much time focusing on hating something will only make you miserable.

You are responsible for what you see. No one else is gonna curate your experience on tumblr.

I've talked privately before about this but I'm so sick and tired of Rise Twitter behavior on this site. Legit that's why I LEFT.

Y'all are so ready to call people and things fucked up lables instead of leaving well enough alone. You're taking shit at fave value and refusing to budge on things.

I'm gonna rip the band-aid off:

THESE CHARACTERS ARE NOT REAL AND NOT EVERYTHING WILL BE CATERED TO YOU

They aren't gonna behave or act how you think they should and they're tools to tell a story. No matter the type of story no matter how dark and no matter how kid friendly it is.

Don't like April x Any of the turtles because you feel that's incest. Block tags and the artists and move on.

Don't like Tcest? Block the tags and artists and move on.

Don't like an artist/author because they create adult turtle nsfw, block the tags and creator and move on.

But no. Instead y'all rather labe people as things. And I seen this community label folks with shit with no context, no evidence or ignoring jokes.

And majority of you all are adults encouraging this behavior from minors and honestly that's predatory and sad. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE ENCOURAGING HARASSMENT TOWARDS MINORS

No one is a "neutral", or a "proshipper" and evil because they don't care for something you deem problematic. No one is a "tcester " because they choose to ignore your weird witch hunt for an artist who "could be a tcester".

The amount of dms I have gotten claiming a few of my moots are tcesters, and when I ask for evidence y'all get allergic to evidence real fast regardless of the topic💅

I don't ship tcest, April x Any of the turtles, Casey Jr x Any of the turtles, or any other ship or content seen problematic for my personal reasons.

But I do not care if other people doing public or private. And have those tags blocked and it does the job for me and I leave those creators ALONE.

ALRIGHT BINGO TIME IS OFFICALLY OVER!

Thank you to everyone who participated!

Now, will there be another event? Yes. In April.

Doing secret gift exchange and bingo back-to-back was not the greatest idea addd the amount of shit life gave me throughout. But since I wanna try to stay a bit consistent with the event blog for as long as can, I will host another event for the springtime. Right now… I need at least two months top to rest my brain from events.

Will this blog be inactive? Sort of. I might post a post if necessary, make another poll, answers asks if I get them: but until February is done, activity will be low. I understand that might make people lose interest in this blog with it being low active, but that’s okay. I rather take people losing interest then strain my brain again.

Which leads to the next thing on the list: I’m going to set up a poll in a few for what you guys want to do for the Spring event. So that when resting months are over, I can get started.
