Now that I have the first chapter of Rest in Red finalized and posted, ideas for the remaining six chapters in terms of plot, character interactions, and structure are flowing a lot easier. (Seriously, it's never middles or endings that are the hardest for me, but beginnings.)

Kinda interesting to stick some of my earliest color doodles of Iseult next to my most recent illustration of her just to see how much her design has evolved over time

No longer wears earrings by default

Cheek tufts are gone

Added pouches to her belt

Now has a knife strapped to her thigh

Tail is fluffier

"Hair" has gotten progressively longer

Ears are more three dimensional and slightly closer to an actual chinchilla's ears
