So it's been a while since I storyblogged and honestly I don't think I'm going to get back into it because, after the hyperfixation has worn off, it's a bit annoying to have to stop in the middle of reading to write down what I'm thinking. And also the pressure of having to post about it is making my experience less enjoyable, which leads me to read less, and so on. ^^' So yeah. Sorry to those who liked my posts. Something that actually happened wtf

Me, drawing : You, know, it's funny, FWB said I should try doing puppyplay, he says I have puppy energy. Fiancée, on her phone : Uh-huh... Me : It's not true though? btw. being kink positive means ALL kinks even the ones you think are "immoral" or whatever the fuck. "but what about-" especially that one. no sex act between consenting adults is immoral actually. kill the cop in your brain.

I’d suggest the story ‘Trellis’! It features PTSD and some further exploration of affini (the main character is a trans guy who basically ends up as his owner’s ESA) and it IS MLM. There’s also lots of fun language stuff, too!

Oh, that one sounds cool!!! A bit dark maybe? But I'm intrigued! Oh, I really need to go back to reading HDG stories, I've fallen out of it lately because life is chaos right now. I should go back though, it's so much fun ^^

I like reading stories in the HDG universe. I just wish there was more male affini in the stories.

I agree. Personally I've been looking for some mlm hdg stories but there aren't many yet. It makes sense since it seems most creators in the fandom are trans women and/or lesbians, and the HDG universe is perfect for self-inserts x)

But hey, you know what they say, be the change you want to see and all that XD Just gotta write about male-presenting affini yourself.

Have recently become hooked on HDG fics and one of the things that's really standing out to me is how much this setting not only allows characters to express how much they they don’t want to be human but also immediatly accepts and supports them without question. I don't identify as otherkin or furry, but the celebration of inhumanity really touches something for me

I completely see what you mean ^^ Their body mods not only allow sophonts to express themselves physically, but any behavior or quirk that can make them feel better is completely accepted and even encouraged ^^ I think that's also the appeal, complete acceptance of individuality, be it in the form of neurodivergency, gender, sexuality or anything else.
