My twin: Uh……aren’t you obsessed with ulquihime too much?  Me: What?!!! No! that’s ridiculous! 

Me: Don’t worry! i have all of it under control.  My twin: Right o.O  Okie maybe not :P  But how can I?!!! The calendar is so beautiful, i just can’t stop staring at it!!! T_T :’D <3 <3 (unleashes a dam of tears) Really hard to pick which artwork of a month is my fav because all of them are gorgeous!!!! :’D ^w^ And the merchandise was indeed a wonderful surprise! :D  My luck kind of sucks when it comes to giveaways but i won this one and i am ever so grateful :’D  A big shoutout to @ulquihime-calendar-2019 ,@lilarin, @ksmile1313 and to the entire team for making this happen :’D Bless you :’D

Christmas is really my favorite festival and I’m so happy I was able to draw for December in our Ulquihime Calendar 2019!!! I want to thank everybody for their hard work and also for all of the love & support we got! Thanks to you, we could raise a lot of money for charity and I’m so proud of our accomplishments <3 You all are the most precious and simply best people in the whole wide world <3  

For my contribution, I decided to draw Ulquiorra and Orihime with their children Sora(lil’ xmas tree x’D 🎄) and Luna (moonshine angel 🌙 ). Both of them grew close to my heart and I love them dearly just as their parents do💚💖 As you can already tell Luna comes after her father from whom she also got her name which means “moon” in spanish and Sora comes after his mother and received his name in memory of Orihime’s older brother. They are both the best children imaginable ever even tho sometimes they can really be a challenge, especially Sora cause he’s more on the emotional side xD haha I will explore their characters in future comics more 💕

And I’d like to add one more thing cause I noticed there are cultural differences in that part x3 Ulquiorra and Orihime wear their wedding rings on their right hand, because in Germany once the couple said their vows they move their ring to their right hand 💍 In the future I will adapt to the japanese wearing style on the left hand tho xD

Donation

As announced all money not used for printing the calendar was donated to Doctors without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières - Ärzte ohne Grenzen)

As I (lilarin) handled the financial part of the calendar project, I was the one who sent the donation in the name of “All artists and supports of the UlquiHime 2019 Calendar project”. I received a confirmation letter in German recently as well. The letter is kind of hard to read. Therefore I decided to include here as  proof and easy read a screen shot from the paypal payment I did.

Thanks again for all participating artists and everyone who bought a calendar.

A special thanks to @ksmile1313 who was the creativity part of this project. She did most of the posts and artwork for this blog as well as setting up a discord server for this project and a lot more!

But this is not the end! There will be more awesome UlquiHime stuff.  A Ulquhime Fanzine is organized by @espada-iv and @jkrobertson ! 

Hope to see you all there soon!

{ This zine will feature two characters from the anime/manga: Bleach; Orihime Inoue and Ulquiorra Cifer.

{ The zine is for non-profit and will be digital only. 

{ Merchandise is dependant on demand. 

{ The proceeds made off of this will go to a charity decided on by the participants.

{ Our theme is centering on star-crossed lovers. So something to do with myths/fantasy/time/astrology.

{ Art finished piece dimensions: 7" x 10"  and 300 dpi. Art must be colored/shaded and can be done digitally or traditionally

{ Writer guidelines: 1500-2500 words; betaed. No unbetaed work will be accepted.

{ Copyright: Creators retain all copyright to their work. 

{ Communication: All zine communication between mods and contributors will be maintained through Discord, while final drafts and pieces will be managed through Gmail.

{ There will be two versions of this zine. A SFW and a NSFW.

Concerning asks

Hello everyone x3 I hope you had a great start into the new year 🎆

Sadly I have bad news~ Due to us receiving hate messages recently, we will be turning anon asks off (/_;)

I'm really sorry for this, but we do not even want to give those people the opportunity to write those mean messages.

Those people should spent their time organizing smth like that as well for their ship, rather than being salty and harrassing others. We started this project because we love Ulquiorra and Orihime 💚💖

This project was made FROM Ulquihime fans FOR Ulquihime fans 💚💖

Additionally we wanted to support a good cause with the profit so we donated all of it to Doctor's without borders 💕(more info to that later 🤗) People who selflessly help other people all over the world. Yes, thanks to ulquihime we were able to actually support & help real people in need 😄

I  hope the person who sent those messages is ashamed of themself.

Sorry for this negative post in the beginning of the new year 😭😭😭

UlquiHime Calendar

Finally got the calendar (already a week ago :D) and I’m so happy! Not only I can’t describe how gorgeous the calendar itself is, there are some little presents I also got from within the package! Can’t say what makes me happier: that I now have something physically real to hold in my hands as the manifestation of love for Ulquihime or the fact that the love for your favorite ship can create something like this! I am very grateful to all those who came up with that idea, who managed and helped this project to happen! For everything you, the artists, put in the every art, for remembering and loving Ulquiirra and Orihime. Because of people like you Bleach continue to live. So I got this very nice present not so long ago and I was really surprised! I got this beautiful Ulquihime Calender with pictures from all those great Artist. This is amazing! The calender looks so good and the quality is very high, too. Good Job!

Thanks to all the Artist and of cause thanks to @lilarin who put this beautiful piece of art together and organized the printing orders!

And thanks for all the goodies that weren’t included in the order in the first place! Thank you for the effort! I will cherish it and it has already a nice place on my wall :)
