Intentionally underground, -- "Hybryds has been active since the mid 80-ties working in the ritual - mythical -industrial and magical music scene. This band is known for its mind- expanding sound. Primitive ethnical and contemporary industrial influences are blended to create a unique style that has influenced many who were looking for spiritual dimensions. Rabbits Wear Boots is the Belgian project of Sandy Nijs aka 'Magthea', known from his long-time involvement with Hybryds.

It is our pleasure to present the final and fourth part of 𝘦𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢 — 𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘷: a continuation of intergenerational global psychedelic mayhem.
The featured tracks vary from drug-fuelled sitar into dreamy vocals merging with analogue synthscapes to the cold scrape of arcane splintered bones juxtaposed against impulsive feel-good music.
There is rhythm in ritual from the coral below. A mystique in the myth and folklore of the East as smoke rises from the valley with guitar-driven tales of scorched earth.
The spectrum of musicians range from fully fledged professionals, to bedroom artists, to the intentionally underground from AU, UK, BE, US, CL, TW and FR.
Artwork by Robin Gnista (SWE).

Alright by SUIIX, one of the many wonderful tracks featured on our digital compilation Eclectica IV. The next and final quarter of IV is out Thursday 29 February.
Weisskalt - Eclectica IV Bandcamp
About SUIIX Beginning life in Sydney as a solo project that took the form of expressive vocals, hypnotic melodies, vintage synths and loop-based psych-pop jams, SUIIX eventually grew member by member into a more expansive 4 piece live band with one foot in the late 70’s and the other firmly planted somewhere in the near future. SUIIX is pronounced like ‘Sui’.

Signal/Prompt is an EP from Mosaic Runes and their third release with Weisskalt.
Mosaic Runes is the independent electronic music project of Shane McCarthy. The album was written and recorded in McCarthy’s home studio north of Baltimore MD between late November to mid December 2023.
The tracks explore communication as the web which binds all human beings together. Music as communication with self and other. How one directs the vast expanse of consciousness through music gear, with intuitively orchestrated sounds emerging, as if from the ether. Signal/Prompt is a sonic exploration of how it feels and sounds to speak without speaking.
Signal/Prompt is out Friday 23 February.

ABOUT: “U” is the 2nd full length album from AP DUCAL on Weisskalt Records. Ap Ducal is the solo musical project of Camilo Palma.
Moody and atmospheric with a nocturnal pulse, “U” is composed of 4 nostalgic experimental ambient tracks drawn from the deep legacy of post-punk and new wave with the silhouette of jazz and the spirit of free improvisation. Sonically, the music is a direct continuation of Palma’s previous work but with a thematically more personal approach. Recorded between November 2022 to February 2023, the majority of the tracks were done in a single take.
The album scintillates with elegant inclusions from Chilean musician Sebastián Román (Persona RS) whom Palma worked in collaboration with. These unique details contributed to defining the album’s sound without overcomplicating the musical delivery. The mastering by Nes Rodríguez (BYM Records) brought warmth and analogue texture, giving the music a spectral richness. These additions enhanced the record’s pre-existing nuances.
The finishing touch to the album was the playful but minimal cover art created by Trinidad Davanzo (Still Life Stylist and Set Designer), a collage of objects collected from her joint home with Palma, based in Berlin.
The single “UU” is scheduled for release on 2 February followed by the full album “U” release on 16 February 2024.
HISTORY: Ap Ducal began in 2012 as the independent musical project of Camilo Palma, based on improvised live sessions, atmospheric textures and certain kinds of soundtrack music. Palma has been a band member in Mutrone (Le Rock Psicophonique), Fulin Lawen (ETCS Records) and a live band member in Föllakzoid (Sacred Bones).
