Put some extra effort into the Nei bday pic this year ^^ I love her w/ the bow/belt design the most. The character designer had some art that showed the belt as white, but the game cover art has a black belt. Personally I think white suits her more, though. Anyways yay for Nei (woo that rhymed)

RIP Will Ruzicka -- I remember you from TeamArtail. I just recently ran across your work again for the first time in awhile, and then found out the news.... I have fond memories of you and your art. I didn’t know anyone else who liked GeoBreeders back in the day. I didn’t know you liked Phantasy Star too... or that you worked on so many different shows  like Legend of Korra. Rest in peace, friend

Decided to post all of these Phantasy Star heroines in one post. Alis Landale of the original Phantasy Star, Nei from the second, Meiu from the third and Alys Brangwin from the Fourth.

For some reason I had a lot of trouble with Alys’ face. I finished the piece and then started resizing and reworking a lot of it. I’m sure I’ll hate it tomorrow.
