Au idea where the gaang kids trying to setup their uncle sokka with azula. Mainly Bumi's idea and they just all go along with it, while Izumi thinks it's not going to work cause even if azula and sokka are cordial with each other she can still hear the hint of disdain and sarcasm when they talk to each other. Then there's Lin who says Sokka's heartbeat spike up whenever Azula is around while Tenzin will argue it could be out of fear 😭. Kya will just say fuck they should atleast try.

So I first so this on Instagram and I rolled my eyes so hard because why. Just why. Then I saw it again on this hellsite, and the op was saying how this is so stupid because it downplays the complexities of Aang's character and what he means to people by just saying "he's nice". And you know what? They were right. You can have a wall of text as to why you like both of these characters. Wanna know why I love Aang so much? Because of his kindness. Because his kind of character wasn't one we got often back then. His love. His never ending compassion for people. His willingness to always see the good in someone no matter what, even if that person doesn't deserve it.

Most of all though, I love him because of what he represents. What he means to victims of genocides, to the descendants of genocides. Here we have a character who had his entire world stripped away from him in the blink of an eye. He was told his entire race and culture were gone, and that this had all been done in the last 100 years. There were times where Aang felt like he wouldn't be able to regain what he lost. But even so, he persevered. He always smiled and he never gave up. He never abandoned his beliefs that he was taught, ensuring that his culture and the air nomads would never be forgotten. He used the beliefs of said culture to end 100 years worth of war and suffering, the very same culture that his opponents mocked, all the while showing why his culture wasn't wrong, why his people weren't wrong.

That is why I love Aang.

First of all I'm happy to be asked about this crackship (😆). So in their case, I feel like they're the type who'll stubbornly trying to save each other so it will be both. But, I feel like it would be much shocking for everyone else if Olivier risked herself for Roy. I feel like Roy is someone who'll leave too many openings for his enemy when he became too invested in fighting and Olivier will probably jump to take a bullet for him without even thinking (even if she supposed to be the logical one).

I feel like their "technically" first date will be an accidental first date. Like they're forced to spend the whole day together and they'll just make the most out of it but ended up having fun more than they intended to. I'll like to imagine they'll enjoyed an arcade/carnival type of date. They're both competitive in nature so they will probably try to beat each other in every game. Then Sokka will probably give Azula a stuffed toy he won from the game and she'll reluctantly accept it. Azula will probably tease Sokka over his fear of the rides and Sokka in return will dragged her to photo booth. Both of them loves food (even if Azula won't admit it) so Sokka will have Azula try different street food, which she surprisingly like. With night ending with him walking her home.
