The Master, meanwhile, is fluent in the languages yes; they’re human languages it’s not like they’re complicated; but hasn’t bothered to ‘go native’ and perfect their pronunciation because it’s such a waste of time to lower themself to that drivel when they can use their superior Time Lord technology to translate for them and make them sound however they need

Which means that The Master has a ridiculously thick High Gallifreyan accent

And since we always describe High Gallifreyan as being song-like…

-TARDIS breaks down and translation circuit is no longer functional-

Master: -speaks in high gallifreyan to the doctor-

Doctor: no, come on, we can’t do this all by ourselves, you have to include the others in the conversation as well

Master: -starts scribbling out their words on a piece of paper-

Hello , Earth inhabitants! Did a little makeup /contacts/movement test on my alien casting, I am SO EXCITED about this! This is a personal character project made to wear at @neotropolisevent. Sculpted with @monsterclayusa and cast in translucent urethane from @smoothon , I wanted to make a critter inspired by translucent deep sea animals while also making the character able to emote and seem friendly enough to be approachable. I cannot wait for y’all to meet her at Neotropolis! I will be making small batches of blank preorders available though not with the same degree of translucence seen in this casting ( it’s a whole thing, I’ll post details on my patreon- where you can also see the sculpting and casting process for this head!) that scene where sam steps under that tree and just. looks up at the light coming through the branches…Before anything even happened i knew at that moment he decided he was going to die there.

like can you imagine how that trip must’ve been ? he died long before he was even infected. he knew that. but ursula needed to see the demeter before he left her. he knew that. and so he went , dragging his corpse along. waiting. watching for the perfect place to say goodbye

Can't stop thinking about The Doctor and Donna still engaging with telepathy together but they cannot stop it from being two way. 14 tries to show her their memories of a hot air balloon called the Tardis and suddenly he's on a first date with Shaun. Donna tries to give 14 the shopping list for tonight and she has a Gallifreyan cover of Mambo No 5 stuck in her head for the rest of the day. It takes them a good five times of this happening before they realize it's not just ADHD.
