Adelina is a Romanian given name that is of Italian origin. Also, Adelina is an anagram for Daniela. So in a way, Cassandra picked a name for her second daughter that has ties to her family. She is honoring her auntie Donna and also in a way naming her daughter after her sister (with variation) and this is Cassandra's very subtle way of showing her love and appreciation to her family.

And Bela is the girls' godmother because Cassandra trusts her with her children. In case anything happens to her, Cassandra knows that Bela is the one she wants looking after her children because (she doesn't admit this out loud or too often) Bela makes a great parent and she's been doing a great job looking after both Cass and Dani and while Cassandra has been nothing but a pain, she knows this and appreciates her big sister. So in a way, she's telling Bela that she knows how capable she is and she appreciates her and all she's done, and this is how she thanks her and tells her that she trusts her with her children just as she trusts herself.

Exactly! Dani can be as old as anything, really and she's still referred to as the baby sister. Because this is how Bela refers to her sisters:

Now Cassandra can refer to Daniela as 'little sister' but she doesn't and just refers to her as 'baby sister' to tease her and also because that's kinda what everyone refers to her as so why not.

Do you have some thoughts or headcanons about Daniela and Rose, they are adorable together ?

I do!!

Rose and Daniela might seem different at first glance, but they're similar in a lot of things (which drew them to each other!): they're both very passionate, independent, seeking action and thrill, and are all about getting what they want and enjoy it every step of the way.

Both of them really do respect each other and are of the mentality of 'you before me' which makes them always think of the other and her needs and not be super self-centered (which can be hard because Dani is the youngest and Rose is an only child but they do make it work because they deeply care for each other) They just-- Show each other their best (in everything) without feeling forced to do it because their feelings are genuine.

Their love is young and naive! It's both impulsiveness and shyness mixed together with a dash of respect and these two knew what they wanted but with a lot of blushing and stuttering they did get there eventually and while still somewhat shy, they're not as much of a mess as when they started dating.

Their chatter is nonstop and it's full of action and animation and sometimes it's hard to keep up with what they're saying especially if they're into a heated discussion about something but they're both on the same wavelength and they just... keep going.

Since they share the same views and have similar personalities (to a big degree) they are never short of coming up with fun activities that can keep them happy and satisfied. Even a simple date is full of fun because they know how to make each other excited and honestly, there isn't a dull moment between them.

Both have a fiery temper but somehow they both love too (???) and think it's part of a healthy relationship to clash sometimes. And also (the real reason) because the makeup sex they have afterward is the best kind of sex because it's charged with so many emotions.

Cute dates! It's not always fancy and planned out things. With Rose and Dani, picnics are a thing as well as visits to the aquarium and all other fun places. Ice cream? Sure. A coffee date? Hell yeah. At times, they just drive around aimlessly and talk for hours and for them, this is as good as any other date because they're spending time together.

Even when they don't plan on much, both Rose and Daniela are ready to do a little surprise for the other like buying a small trinket that one of them saw the other eye, or just passing by a flower shop and deciding to buy flowers and be charming for no reason. These little things, you know?

They're just so perceptive of each other and they're quick to take action. There is no stoping and pondering things with these two, they're all about doing and they kinda sorta have this silent competition thing where they both try to outdo each other with how they get treats for each other.

And it's all out of love and wanting to do these things for each other, not because of any other obligation.

A headcanon that I have is that when someone meets two Dimitrescu sisters they are like: "Okay so a blonde and a brunette" or another combination. They then learn there is another sister and they think : "I swear if the last one is a redhead (or brunette or blonde) , i'll eat my hat." And of course it's the case ad they are like what are the odds ?!

You'd expect with variations they'd be maybe either two blondes and one brunette, or two brunettes and one blonde but nope, there is a blonde, brunette, and a redhead all in the same family!

I wrote in the past saying that I believe Daniela does figure skating, like, she is serious about it and spends a lot of time on practice and she's actually very phenomenal.

In the same light, I think Cassandra would take up the aerial hoop and just-- go crazy with that. Like, it sucks all of her energy and it helps her manage stress and just be mindful plus being something she really enjoys.
