I’m really excited to be shipping out both my acrylic EDS Zebra pins and B12 patches today! 😊✨🥄✨ 💖. I haven’t spoken much about my B12 deficiency or chronic anaemia, but can honestly say that a lack of both iron and b12 since birth has also meant coping with chronic fatigue for most of my life. Now supplements aren’t for everyone, and you must always be careful of taking vitamins and supplements, especially if you’re on other medications or are pregnant. . For those of us with long-term chronic illnesses like Fibromyalgia, M.E, Crohn's Disease, IBD, Pernicious Anaemia and Coeliac Disease, coping with chronic fatigue can be a daily struggle. I started using vitamin B12 patches with folate to help me through these periods of extreme tiredness, and they seem to really help. . . After speaking to the approved manufacturers of the patches I was buying from eBay, I came up with a special higher dosed formula of 5000 mcg, that would last for 8 weeks, and that I could sell at a fraction of the cost of those bought elsewhere. I use these patches every week, and they have really improved my quality of life. I'm hoping they will also help whoever else needs them. .
