Jack Drake was always convinced that Tim wasn't biologically his son, that he was Bruce Wayne's.
He was wrong.
Tim Drake is the son of Vlad Masters.
After Vlad got better from being dosed with Ectoplasm and found out that Maddie had officially gotten together with Jack, he'd...not taken it well. He went on a bender.
The same night that Janet and Jack had gotten into a huge fight.
They hooked up.
Tim has (had) no idea about this.
Vlad, however, does.
How?
It's a little hard to look across the room of a gala and not notice when someone with his facial features is already staring at him in abject horror.
Also, that kid is liminal, and he feels like family in a way that Daniel and Danielle never did.
This isn't a knock against people who write fics where Jack and Maddie disown Danny due to his powers, but I find them needing to face their prejudice to be more interesting and in character. For all of their faults, Jack and Maddie love their kids and would be willing to risk anything to protect them. I also think that Danny learning that his parents will accept him for who he really is will lead to Danny stressing about one less thing in life since he already has a lot on his plate.
Plus, even if the two accept Danny, there's the story opportunity of Danny helping his parents realize that not all ghosts are bad and that they can research ghosts without hunting and experimenting on them.
Saw this frame on a different reblog by @thatssroughbuddy but why does it look like Iroh is using his phone to take a photo of his nephew at a landmark
Dani has a water core.
Her ghost form starts to reflect this.
Aquaman is very concerned to see a tween mer darting around in the middle of nowhere.
Or; Dani's ghost form is a a mermaid. A slightly eldritch one, but a mermaid nonetheless.
Now she has Aquaman on her trail trying to drag her to Atlantis so he can find her a "good family".
