short story on how grell & auggie met!

A soft grunt escaped the reaper as he slid down the bathroom wall. Another day and another time of getting misgendered. One rookie in particular seemingly starting to do it on purpose. Despite this, his oh-so-favourite senior member was being very nice today. Mister Undertaker was a scary one under the laughs and giggles. Shaking away the thoughts, the man stood from his spot on the ground just as the door slammed open and then shut. He jumped slightly, confused. Most people weren't angry to go piss or shit.

A sob sounded out from the cubicle next to him as he opened the cubicle door. He knocked gently on the door. "Are you alright, darling?" He spoke softly.

"No. I don't think I'll ever be." The high pitched voice spoke out, hiccuping in between words.

"C'mon out darling, we can talk about it."

"No."

"Please dear, for me?"

A small sigh and the door open to reveal a slightly shorter rookie reaper with choppy short red hair and a thin frame. They walked forward and then immediately collapsed into the large reapers arms. They shook as they cried but the man soothed and cradled them all the same.

It took around twenty minutes for the younger reaper to calm down. After their breathing mellowed out, they slowly lifted their head to see who's arms they were in.  A gasp sounded out as they realized it was a senior, they tried to pull away but the older's strong arms kept them against his chest. "Now, darling, you going to tell me what you were crying about?"The man spoke softly, not too loud as to not spook them.

"It's stupid.." The younger muttered, refusing to look their senior in the eyes.

"I'm sure its not darling."

"I'm not quite sure that I'm a boy. I don't feel like a boy and I feel more like a girl. I tired explaining that to the other rookies but they didn't understand and started mocking me."

"Oh,,"

"I know its stupid- I'll just go-"

"No. Don't." The reaper unwrapped an arm from around the girl(?) and lifted her chin with his hand to force her to look at him. "I'm Augustine Redwood. The British Shinigami's first transgender man."

A gasp sounded out from her. "Really? I thought those were only rumors!"

"I'm afraid not my little fox." Augustine grinned. "Are you ready to go back to the tour now?"

The younger reaper smiled back. "Yes."

I made a moodboard thingy for my dnd character/dream smp sona! His name is Zanesha Thadrex. He is a half-orc barbarian that ended up in a group of eccentric goofballs. Zanesha raised a satyr child that turned out to be a druid as well. He’s around late 30s, early 40s. Well, that’s when he stopped aging. He is the oldest non-elf of the group and probably the burliest, however Findex (Fighter Dragonborn) is a close second.  Zanesha’s skin is a very pale green and that is covered in scars from the top of his head to the tips of his toes.
