TFA starop are the "me nd the bad bitch I pulled by being honest and kind" to me. "happily married to my 5,5 short king while y'all are being ghosted by 6,2 alcoholics", if you will.

PRE-FUCKING-CISELY. And the best part is that that first part goes both ways, too! It's not exactly a stretch to say that Optimus hasn't had the best luck with friends (yes I know Team Prime exists but we're talking the thousands of years' worth of scars that Sentinel and Blackarachnia continue to scratch at), and I honestly feel like having some kind of relationship with Starscream, even just one that's a tentative allyship at the beginning, is a breath of fresh air. Kindness and honesty don't come naturally to Starscream, but once he does get there, they're both gone. The first time Optimus gave Scream a genuine compliment his entire frame froze for a second.

I'm also an enjoyer of TFA MegaShock, so I can only picture Starscream smugly saying the latter quote to Shockwave.

oof. there have been many versions of starscream over the years so i'm just gonna do the ones i think are the most major ones

G1:

probably the starscream i'm the least attached to. i think it's his design and the fact that i have no nostalgia for G1 (i only discovered G1's existence when i joined the TF fandom and i was literally not born yet when G1 was airing).

it's still fun watching him be a big toddler, tho. and i filled out the daddy issues box because he has the vibes of someone who has it.

TFA:

spongestar giantchin slimpants my beloved. his voice, personality and inability to stay dead makes for a very fun villain!

daddy issues box filled out for the same reason as G1 starscream.

TFP:

A little explanation

Everything happens in the episode "Traditions", in which, Mandroid's spider-bots manage to successfully kidnap Robby and they gave it to Mandroid because they detected Robby's Cyber-sleeve.

Things then happen sooner than later. The whole Malto family and the bots plan a way to rescue Robby while Mandroid gets all the info he needs from the poor boy, and sadly, he gets all the info before the Autobots come to just find an empty facility where Mandroid was supposed to be + Mandroid sends the Seekers to distract the team for a longer time.

Things get nasty when they find out too late that Mandroid took the rest of his subordinates, spider bots, and Robby to the cave where the Terrans were born.

A fight breaks out when the Autobots and Malto family finally arrive, a fight in which, Robby falls into the strange water that surrounded the Amber stone. He was then taken by the watercourse outside the cave. When little Robby was out of the cave all alone, he was too stressed by the pain that he didn't notice his new body...

He still won't go home sadly 😁. Another bot *cough* Con *cough* finds him and takes him even far away from Witchwicky.

I also plan to add some other characters from different continuities that might help to try to capture Robby...

And don't worry, Hashtag, Jawbreaker, and Nightshade will still appear but someone else will help Mo *sweats*

If things go as I hope they do, Robby/Neonburst is going to [REDACTED] but he and the other will get a happy ending... maybe...

It depends a lot on how the other Megatrons see Armada Megatron... For me, this is the mental image I get when I think about how they would get along... Not so good.

But also yes.

Some Megatrons like TFA and IDW find Armada Megatron's abusive treatment towards his Starscream disgusting. So much that are the first ones to punch Armada Megatron in the face.

While others like G1, Beast Wars, and TFP because Armada Starscream is genuinely loyal to Armada Megatron and they're stuck with the worst versions.

G1 is the most jealous of all (since his Starscream literally is trying to kill him every five minutes...)

I miss my starlight so bad. I'm really touched you still think I'm a part of that world. I feel like a part of my heart is still "in" the TFP universe and stuck there, even though it hurts so bad. but it was my greatest comfort I've ever had, and I have had sooo many amazing experiences and opportunities because of TF, it's going to take me a really long time to fully let go of it. but I don't know what's better for my mental health: never touching it ever again (which I've tried since July 2023, it has NOT worked, in fact it has just made me more miserable) or I can try reclaiming it slowly over time (difficult asf I am literally physically ill every time I look at it or think of it). I feel like I can't win here lol. I'll uhhh.... I'll figure something out.

TF Armada Alexis’s Full Name

Full disclaimer out of the way, I’ve never watched Armada. I plan to though. Also, pull up a chair. This is another long one.

Some of you know her. Some of you know a specific version of her. Whether it’s Alexis/Alexa from the anime, Alexis Garner from @itsthelass​ ‘s fic, Faeformers, your own, etc. During the time of the show’s run, she wasn’t given an official last name until this Almanac came out. 2010 vs. 2002 difference. Her full name is Alexis Thi Dang, confirming she’s Vietnamese. We don’t know she is full Vietnamese or half Vietnamese or what. Her design isn’t helpful. 

I’ll accept Vietnamese American girls with brown hair. That were a few of my classmates in elementary school and almost every auntie I see. (Years are VERY off, but you get the point.) Good times. I don’t understand her green eyes though. Green eyes are less common than blue eyes, but genetics tend not to apply in anime/cartoons. (See Marinette’s blue eyes from the Miraculous Ladybug show. Also the fact, how Japanese characters look in anime compared to non-Japanese characters or real life Japanese people) I don’t know what eye colors her parents have, but if the green is natural, she must be at least a quarter Vietnamese. I think? I’m not doing math right now. Unless it’s a genetic mutation, but I don’t know how to tackle that. Yes, I know it’s possible for Vietnamese girls to have blue eyes. However, Google gave me one result of a Vietnamese girl with natural blue eyes, but she is one of the mountain people (ethnic minority). I should know the word for them, but I took Viet 1 some four years ago and forgotten. Other than that, all I have as evidence is this one girl I saw at my high school who has striking blue eyes and can never tell if it’s natural or not. I should’ve asked her, but her fluency and mien bac accent scared me. 

I’m suspecting her green eyes are contact lenses, with prescription or not. It could be a headcanon for a fic. Do what you like with it. I edited some pictures of her with different colors below. Just to see how it’ll turn out. 

You might be wondering why I’m even starting this discussion in the first place. “She’s from an old anime, don’t make a fuss.” “It’s just the color choice of the designers, whatever.” Yeah, but you know how excited I was when I read her last name? The fact I got a smidge of representation, even if it’s more Word of God than canon? The only other Asian humans we got are Sari Sumdac (kinda? Techno-organic?), Isaac Sumdac, and Miko Nakadai. There might be more I’m missing; feel free to let me know. 

So where I going with all this nonsense? I want Alexis to showcase more of her Vietnamese culture. 

Yeah, I know. Awful of me. Again, I’m giddy she’s Vietnamese. I know it’s impossible to show any of the Vietnamese stuff since the anime’s long over and almost nobody knows she’s Vietnamese. All I’m asking is a fanfic where it’s shown. It can be small or big. You know what, draw her in an ao dai or something. Have her eat banh cuon. I guess I should write my own things too. “If you can’t find it, make it yourself” sort of feelings.
