Made the pants for my Impulse cosplay! I'm really happy it turned out okay! > : )

the old ones i couldn't see out of, didnt sit even, kept breaking, etc

these ones fix all those issues + have vents on the sides to prevent heat!!

i have a little more to do (mainly the lightning bolts) but i think this is a huge improvement!!

My method of naming favorites has zero consistency, especially in my current DC hyperfixation.

Who got me into DC? Jason Todd. Specifically the Death in the Family -> Under the Red Hood storyline.

Who do I know the most about? Tim Drake, easily. I read his wiki page for fun.

Who do I read the most fanfics about? Damian Wayne, strangely enough. They’ve got some of my favorite tropes.

Who have I excitedly stimmed over the most? Bart Allen. He’s also a current dream cosplay.

Who do I reference almost every day? John Constantine. Though I mostly blame Rogues! the Podcast for this.

Who do I name as my favorite DC character without hesitation every time? The Question. No context for that one. Where did he come from.

Something I have noticed as I've been going through Kon's solo and screenshotting: fanon tends to interpret him as having an extremely unconventional and flashy fashion sense, and as in keeping as that sounds like it would be with his personality, that's actually very different from how Kon tends to dress when out of the suit (which isn't often):

His wardrobe is almost aggressively normal. Basic t-shirts and button-ups, shorts, jeans, khakis, the occasional jacket or sweatshirt. Formalwear, complete with tie, for a date. The more outlandish looks are intentional disguises, but on the whole, when he wears civilian clothes, they're very average and nothing like his trendy supersuit (besides frequently having the same blue and red color scheme).

He did not choose the suit. But presumably his civilian clothes are his own choice. Not what you would expect, given how he usually presents himself! Is he trying too hard to cosplay as a normal person, or is getting to wear something low-key a refreshing change of pace that he deliberately seeks out when given the chance?

Cf. Bart Allen's seemingly endless wardrobe of 90s-tastic looks. He's the fashion plate here more than Kon is.
