I made a completly normal unicorn in @draconym Beaft Maker picrew a few months ago and she wouldnt leave my head so i had to turn her into a little plushy.
i used a jemima puddleduck plush so she has a bonus little shawl and bonnet
La Velue was a Dragon from French Mythology, noteworthy for its quilled and/or hairy back. La Velue was translated into The Peluda, and this term has become more common, despite being Spanish while the dragon was French.
So y’know how parrots are really good at repeating stuff? And some parrots are SO good at repeating stuff you can’t tell it’s not a person?
We had this renter in the upstairs of the house when I was growing up who had a parrot. I never saw this bird. But I heard it. It’s favorite trick was to say “What!” Exactly like it’s owner. I’d be in the back yard chatting with a friend and it’d say “What!” And we’d think the lady was chatting and try to chat back. She was a chatty lady! It made sense! She thought we were talking to her! But no, it was a bird.
Then. Then the bird would know you were listening, when you answered back to the what. And that’s when it whipped out the big guns.
This bird would start re-enacting a full on porno. There’d be moaning, foreplay, grunting, and an extremely shrill climax. The lady who owned the bird was very embarrassed about this but nothing could convince the bird to stop doing this bit. The lady also earnestly informed us that it wasn’t her.
That part wasn’t hard to believe, because she was a middle aged white lady, but the female sex participant would say things like “Ay, papi!”
Received the most beautiful stallion from @draconym today and now I'm taking care to adjust him to the Guy City farm where he will likely sire many FAT and GAY babies ❤️❤️❤️
my lovely partner @huduvudu and their household ( @draconym & another who I don't *think* is on Tumblr?) have recently adopted a bnuy
He has a Tumblr here: @decaf-cappuccino
Naturally I must make a Bnuy in his honor. BUT WHAT STARTING CLASS.
(advanced Jobs + role in parentheses. Note that there's many more Jobs and Classes in FFXIV; this is just his STARTING class! He can eventually do EVERY class)
*im unsure how exactly i will weigh this one, but a lower percentage will mean a lower blood caste and vice versa.
**these will be approximately based on deviation from "average" (see below cut)
***these will be administered at my wishes based on the input of the crowd. creatureness might allow for fluffiness or a tail or such. critterifying that troll.
****aspect will be determined the same way as blood color, but will be selected as the aspect corresponding to the canon troll with that blood color
******for lunar sway, <~10% will mean prospit and >~10% will mean derse
to make the perfectly generic troll for proportional references i started with overlaying every canon troll sprite to create this monstronsity:
then i did some filter magic to get a better idea of the dominant characteristics:
and then so it stopped looking like nightmare fuel i went through and cleaned it up enough to look like a normal sprite, keeping in mind the previous iteration of the dominating traits and trying to include the right balance of significant elements without dithering. the horns are loosely following the overlapping areas of the most common placements.
Not sure how many of these count, but these are comics I haven’t seen mentioned in the Tumblr Lore Discussions yet that I’ve collected over the years. Some honestly just stuck in my memory more than anything, but here they are nontheless

It's been WAY too long since I played a tag game, so here we GOOOOOOOOO!
Thanks to @pb-dot and @dyrewrites and @fire-but-ashes-too, darling friends, for taggin' me :3
This excerpt comes from the Hell Saga, specifically Hope in Hell, since we're (squee!!!) done drafting Uncharted Hell, and now working on the big finale - which may or may not be a two-parter.
***
Hell froze, looking less like a tiger and more like a deer frozen in headlights. "Have you gone mad?" he finally said.
"Of course not," she snapped. "But I meant what I said."
He rubbed his eyes. "Gott en Himmel. The finest woman I've ever met in five centuries asks me if I would deign to wed her. My darling, I can only assume you've taken leave of your senses." He stopped again, and when he spoke, his voice was weary in the way of one who had repeated something endless times.
"You cannot wed a monster. [..]"
[ID: First image: A screenshot of John Silver overlaid with a tumblr post by draconym, which is somewhat difficult to read. The name of OP's pet bird Ripley in the first sentence of the post has been edited to be Captain Flint, Silver's parrot in Treasure Island. Transcript of post: "The most vivid [Captain Flint] dream I’ve ever had was the one in which he had a job as a bank teller. I had to drive him to the bank near our house every day for his shift at work, where he had a little perch behind the counter, next to his computer. He was much more efficient than the other tellers and made a lot more money than they did, but his customer service was terrible, and his coworkers resented him for this. Sometimes he would ignore customers or rip up their checks, and this came out of his paycheck, but he was making so much money playing online poker during his breaks that it didn’t really make a difference. His bank account balance was more than enough to pay off our mortgage, but I didn’t want to pressure him into doing that because he’d earned the money himself and I didn’t want him to think I felt entitled to it. Halfway through the dream he also developed a superpower which allowed him to make anyone or anything disappear by saying “undo (thing).” He made all kinds of things disappear: his cage door, food he didn’t want, inconvenient customers. People started to fear him and he became known as “The Undue Bird.” The dream ended abruptly when I was picking him up from the bank and he said “undo Earth.”"
