This reminds me of the Izumo’s Room drama CDs, now with even more drama XD Imagine this in like an Idol K universe, where label Homra and label S4 have a bunch of juicy interpersonal drama happening and the Silvers have their own underground podcast where they chat about it under pseudonyms. Initially it was just for fun, like Neko wanted to play around with some equipment and Kuroh was testing out things for a potential actual work-related podcast and Shiro decides to pretend it’s a talk show. He asks for topics and Neko suggests fish, Kuroh finds this pointless and don’t we have better things to do. Neko starts talking about fish anyway and mentions that she was buying some at the supermarket the other day and saw Mikoto and Munakata having a standoff over by the frozen pizza. Shiro is intrigued and latches onto this, wondering what they could have been talking about. Neko very animatedly plays out a whole argument over whether frozen pizza is a properly healthy meal (with Kuroh chiming in that no it isn’t). What they don’t realize is that Neko accidentally hit record on the whole thing, and later some random intern at the label spots the file and assumes it’s supposed to be uploaded. There’s no title so it just ends up called ‘idol chat’ and is placed on like a few random purchasing platforms.

The whole thing quickly blows up as a few people listen in and find out that there’s some juicy celebrity gossip going on here. No one’s completely sure who the hosts of this show are, since the Silvers happened to not say each other’s names during the part that was recorded, and as soon as Kuroh finds out about the whole thing he gets really worried about being in trouble. Shiro thinks it’s fine though, grinning as he says wouldn’t this be a fun way to inject some levity into the rivalry between labels. So now the Silvers have a regular show and fake names, imagine Kuroh being so exasperated about it but he’s also not exactly holding back either, he’s just as interested in the gossip as Shiro and Neko are. They probably have a running segment about ‘forbidden love’ which is focused entirely on two nameless celebrities who they will call ‘Monkey’ and ‘Crow.’ There’s also another segment about the burning tension between ‘Glasses Beast’ and ‘Red Monster,’ and talk about how Bartender and Tundra Woman are trying to keep things running smoothly. Shiro thinks it would be nice if they could invite some of their mysterious guests on too but no one’s said yes to him yet, he’ll just have to keep offering rice balls and hope someone gives in eventually for the good of the show.

a nod would be given as her response before adding, "she had some personal issues from what she told me, & was in the need of a job." what that job was, she didn't specify for the sake of maintaining some of naomi's privacy. the details weren't relevant anyway, as far as she was aware.

her head did perk up though, when he mentioned his brother whom she had heard plenty about, but had to yet meet. his suggestion wasn't something that she'd have even considered due to his ties—not wanting to subject her friends anymore to that, but so far... they all had stayed, luckily for her. it was somewhat odd coming from him, but based on what she little new about his ' brother ', rei could tell that he greatly cared about him as if he was his own blood. it was endearing to her, prompting her to smile.

"i wouldn't know about that..." considering rei herself didn't know much about him. "i could ask her what's her type." she continued & lowered her head so that her chin rested atop of her forearms, crossed underneath. "what is he like? or even better... what was that woman like? if you know."

I started rewatching Criminal Minds and I don’t understand how I didn’t notice Spencer before???????????? Let’s say I don’t remember the plot because I watched it a long LOOOOOONG time ago and didn’t look too carefully, but this boy???? Oh! God! Oh! My! GOD!

I was looking for ASMR with him to help me fall asleep (I have trouble sleeping) and remembered that there is Crunchy VA (Lustful_crunch) and they are so similar! They're both tall, skinny, curly, nerdy, and their vibe is just wow!!!!

Tumblr skews young, so let me just share this.

The worst thing you can do in a job is not be bad at something. It's to say you are great at something while being bad at something. If you need to improve and you're upfront that you're not the best, people will probably help or teach or explain. They will sympathize when you get put on a task you're not qualified for.

If you claim to be awesome at something when you demonstrably suck at it, all of that good will and sympathy is gone and it will not come back.

Confident is good. Stand up for yourself, know your skills.

But the other side of this is to Know your Faults.

This message brought to you by the 23yo who bragged about how he was great at X and had the best program for it, and I spent the weekend doing his job for him because he is so so bad at it, and only about 5% of what he did is salvageable.
