I don't understand the need for CR in this episode. Almost everything she did, Danny could have done it. Danno was relegated to the "be handsome & shut up" role.

She made a rookie mistake in creating the loop. How did she missed the guy walking into the elevator?

I cannot help but think CR killed Greer because she was about to say something she didn't want Steve to know.

Greer had the potential to be such an interesting antagonist for the team. And maybe a better final for the show than what we got.

Also, Alex had more chemistry with Rochelle Aytes than he ever did with MB.

I wanted to do the picrew thing so here's the crew!

Ethan and Adam in future happier times. Ethan flushed and messy, just back from a run, giving Adam a quick kiss to let him know he's home before hitting the shower.

Andie and Mason. She asked to put the flower behind Mason's ear, he only agreed because it's her and there's no one else around to see. She's happy he humored her, giving him as kiss as she tucks it in.

Henry and Nate. Pensive Henry, glad for Nate's affection but never quite sure he deserves it or is ready for the level of intensity that Nate wants.

SCENE EXCERPT

Sometimes I get random movie scene ideas that don’t even have anything to do with the plots I’ve come up with. Here’s an example of one of those :)

Any critiques or advice is greatly appreciated, since this is my first time scriptwriting haha

EXT. MOTEL ROOM - NIGHT

Detective RIGBY HARPER and Detective HENRY RIMES enter the motel room. RIMES sits in a chair in the corner as HARPER shuts the door behind them and looks around. 

HARPER (Loudly) Miss Langford?

A woman comes out of the bathroom on the far end of the room, wearing promiscuous clothing. She is tying a robe around her, then sees HARPER and RIMES and stops in her tracks. RAMONA LANGFORD (surprised) Oh, hello.  HARPER gives a polite nod, indifferent to her attire.

             HARPER Miss Langford, my name is Detective Rigby Harper, and this here. . .

He gestures towards RIMES as he speaks, who gives a small wave.

             HARPER . . .is my partner for this case, Detective Henry Rimes. We came here to discuss a previous client of yours who came by here earlier tonight.

HARPER moves towards the bed and sits, one leg folded while the other off the edge. He motions for LANGFORD to join him. LANGFORD moves across the room hesitantly and sits across from him. 

             HARPER Now, is this the man who visited you earlier?

He takes out a photo of a man, who we will later come to know as ROBERT STAIRE. LANGFORD shakes her head.

            LANGFORD (Bluntly) Sorry, I don’t disclose anything about my clients.

LANGFORD begins to snake her hand up HARPER’s leg. HARPER glances down, but pays no mind.

              HARPER Miss Langford—

LANGFORD places a finger on his lips, shushing him. After he is quiet, she takes her hand off his lips and resumes running her hand up him.

             LANGFORD Please, call me Ramona.

HARPER is unfazed as he nods. As he speaks, he takes LANGFORD’s hand off of his crotch while maintaining eye contact.

             HARPER Ramona, I’m sorry to impose on your client confidentiality, but we have a warrant out for his arrest. So if you would please tell at least where he went after he visited you, then this will be a lot smoother for the both of us.

LANGFORD huffs when she is denied, and sits more at attention, her hands clasped in her lap.

             LANGFORD (Thoughtfully) Well, he said he was going to meet an old friend at some restaurant. I think it’s called Lucky’s Diner? I don’t know, it’s over in the next city. But he was kind of a weird guy, to be honest. . . He was fine up until he was getting ready to leave, and he kept spouting some bullshit about how “it was all her fault” and “she asked for it”. I don’t know.

HARPER and RIMES exchange glances, and HARPER stands.

               HARPER Well, I think that’s all the information we need. Thank you, Ramona—

LANGFORD stands abruptly and interrupts him.

            LANGFORD Wait!

LANGFORD places a hand on his neck and kisses him. HARPER is close-mouthed and unresponsive, but not repulsed. She sits back on the bed and smiles at HARPER.

            LANGFORD Give me a call if you’re ever back in town, okay?

HARPER nods politely with a smile as RIMES opens the motel door.

              HARPER Sure thing. And thank you again, Ramona.

HARPER and RIMES exit, leaving LANGFORD there on the bed.

Tullynally Castle

Tullynally Castle is located in County Westmeath in Ireland. In Norman times, this land was owned by the FitzSimons, but Henry Pakenham, a Parliamentary Dragoon, bought the estate and built a square plantation house on the property. In 1740, Henry’s grandson Thomas married heiress, Elizabeth Cuffe, the great niece of the last Earl of Langford. The Langford title was recreated for Thomas and the house was enlarged with another story. In 1803, the 2nd Earl of Langford wanted to turn the country estate into a gothic castle. To reach this end, he had towers and a row of battlements built. In 1820, he had more gothic improvements added, which included an octagonal dining room, and a Great Hall with such great acoustics that it’s still used for music today. The 2nd earl also added the first central heating system in a private house in Ireland. Thomas’ son Edward, the 3rd earl, doubled the size of the castle in 1840 by adding two castellated wings. One of the wings held servants’ quarters with a Victorian kitchen and a state of the art three-roomed laundry. The current owner, the 6th earl, also another Thomas, inherited the estate in 1961. As a passionate gardener, Thomas brought seeds to the estate from his world travels. Most of his plantings can be seen on the Forrest Walk, while his wife Valerie does most of the gardening on the walled gardens. The castle boasts over 120 rooms. The estate has 12 acres of gardens: a Chinese Garden with a pagoda, a Tibetan Garden of waterfalls and streams, a limestone grotto, terraced lawns, and two ornamental lakes. The Castle Gardens are open to the public and tours of the castle are done by appointment.

RULE ONE/OOC INFORMATION Hi, my name is Kel, I'm over 21+ and use the pronouns she/her. Time zone is GMT.For now, my blog will run on a queue as I'm busy with some real life stuff. :D I wanted to ask - how do your detectives and their LIs call each other, do they use pet names, nicknames, full names?

Thank you so much for the ask Bunny! This is probably going to be overly overthought and detailed because that's what I do lol I'm also so bad at figuring out pet names. They sound fine in the real world and never seem right written out.

Ethan would be thrilled if Adam would just call him that since he calls the rest of the team by their first names without issue. Ethan can talk like a Southern waitress so something like a darling, sugar, or honey might sneak out with people he knows well. He does this with Adam accidentally and they both just stop and stare at each other followed by blushing and apologizing.

Not very many people get to call Bree by her nickname so it really does mean something when she lets UB do that. Mason calls her Bree but if he ever calls her Briana it will stop her in her tracks because it either means something very good or very bad is about to happen. I think she's more likely to call Mason something like 'handsome' over 'sunshine' and it's almost always as a tease.

Rebecca is the only person who calls Andie by her full name and if Mason ever calls her that after her asking to be called Andie, she is going to give him the biggest side eye. Andrea just sounds wrong coming from him and she doesn't like it. She calls him a long line of pet names that rotate based on how much she wants to annoy him at the time. But when they're having a quiet moment and she isn't thinking about it, I think she might go with something like a 'babe'. Kinda like "Hey, babe, will you hand that to me?"

Henry is my hardest one. Everyone just calls him Henry, that part's easy. He melts at Nate's pet name for him. Where it gets tricky is that he can be really shy and not very confident when it comes to relationship stuff. He would never in a million years call Nate by a pet name around other people that would catch other people's attention. It takes him a long time to be comfortable doing that in front of UB at the warehouse. It also makes him uncomfortable with how free Nate is with things like that because he feel put on the spot, like everyone is looking at them and judging them, especially his worthiness to be with someone like Nate. He does have a pet name for Nate and it feels special when he uses it because Nate knows he only does it when he's in his comfort zone. I just haven't figured out what that name is yet.

* MY BEST FRIEND IS A ROCKSTAR: (tw: death) muse a & muse b have been best friends since they were kids and grew up together. throughout their childhood, muse b had always told muse a about his plans to become a famous musician and as he grew older, became more and more determined to make those dreams come true. when they both hit their teen years, feelings eventually grew and the two were head over heels for each other but neither of them was ever able to admit it. they were both terrified that the feelings would be unrequited or that it would ruin their friendships so just imagine the angst of them seeing each other with other people and FGHDFG. anyway, when muse b finally turns twenty-one, he decides to move to hollywood to make his dreams come true, and muse a stays in their small hometown. they keep in contact with one another but as time went on, muse b becomes a huge rockstar with his band and their contact start to drift but they always had each other in their thoughts, wishing they were closer to one another. a few years pass and they still speak but it’s not like before. muse b was hugely successful and enjoyed the life he was now living but always felt like something was missing. that someone was missing… it’s not until he gets a distraught call from muse a telling him that her mother died does he rush on a private jet and comes home to her. after helping her arrange the funeral and being there for her through her grief, he suggests that she comes on tour with him and the band. wanting to run away from everything and everyone in her small town, she agrees. queue cute ass moments on the tour bus, traveling the world and falling in love like they did when they were young. add drama, angst ( because they’re both still dumb and won’t admit to their feels) stadium tours, TENSION!!!, groupies, etc, etc.
