Heey You want to see something funny? I accidentally found these draft pages on my tablet. I was going to use them for the Tiny Tello episode, but then I stopped myself. Because if Casey really thought like that, it would mean that Donnie had actually given him reason to think that before. If Casey really did allow the thought that Donnie didn't really like him, it would mean that thought had some kind of foundation. Which isn't true. Donnie is really fucking weird and crazy, but he loves Casey and Casey knows it.
Which is why, in the final version of the episode, Casey is very puzzled and surprised that little Donnie is attacking him.
Instead of "oh I guess I deserved that" or “oh maybe he doesn’t like but just tolerating me” he thinks more "hey that's not how it's supposed to work".
Anyway. I'll emphasize again. This is NOT CANON. I just thought you might be interested in seeing it:)

my poorly put together tmagp theory based on two(2) episodes is this- i think the entities in this world function more with symbols and imagery, because two of the three statements we’ve been given have involved symbols of some kind. daria mentioned glimmering symbols on her arm with the tattoo, and redcanary talked about symbols graffitied in the institute ruins. do i have any other proof? no. but we will see as it continues!
my other theory with MUCH less proof is similar, and is that avatars (or avatar equivalents) must place a physical mark on someone in order to affect them. this is only with daria’s statement, and has practically no proof, so i am just throwing out words that i’m sure will be disproved next thursday. but hey might as well mention them!

My honest reaction to the announcement of KCD’s prequel, after I had to replay the whole story to get the ending I wanted and thinking I didn’t have to see the Doobays again:
I kinda want to scream because I want new stories, not sequels or prequels

Scaramona (as in the Harbinger, Scaramouche, and Mona) will always be the blueprint for the bickering, the clash of beliefs and worldviews, but more and more I come to love and appreciate Wandermona.
As the Wanderer, he’s now had to confront his previously held notions, to challenge his sense of self and his place in the world. He is discovering who he can be in this second chance he’s been given.
Mona’s story is still just beginning. Like Scaramouche, she has a very defined sense of self—genius astrologist, set on surpassing her master. I believe that also like Scaramouche, she will be forced to confront her worldviews when they are thrown back in her face (“The stars, the sky… it’s all a gigantic hoax. A lie.”) and have to redefine herself with this new knowledge.
Where Scaramona was about bickering and clashing ideals, I see Wandermona has an opportunity for discovery, reflection, overcoming. Traveling Teyvat together is one of my favorite headcanons (it’s almost a motif for me at this point) for them, and it suits Wandermona even more than Scaramona.
Mona and the Wanderer, trekking across the seven nations, sleeping under the stars, stopping by every bookstore and library to read, arguing about academics and the nature of fate and self-determination.
