thinking about... generation loss again...
“infinite generations, infinite stories” I cannot wait for it, I cannot wait to see how different gen2 is, I cannot wait to see a different universe entirely, I cannot wait
scribbled a little diagram on my whiteboard because i don’t know how else to get across my theory of what The Founder is
I think it’s reaching between realms, between realities, Ranboo loves the infinite alternate universes theory there is no way “infinite generations” isn’t a reference to this
I feel like Showfall Media was a disguise, a puppet, a medium for which this group or entity could work through, rather than the villain itself. Likewise I think Generation 2, and the generations after it, will have different groups as the villains, whether those be prominent and obvious powers like a company or government, or they be a small local cult or simply mysterious tapes.
One thing we know for sure is The Founder is something timeless, I think it’s looking for patrons across the universes, for individuals to do something with. There’s some ability there to manipulate time, and to bestow that to others. Hetch was given the job to look for someone, while he’s a showman, a script writer, he was still answering for someone higher up. He seemed set on keeping his Hero, to cycle through actors until he got bored of them, and maybe that’s all he thought it was, maybe he though when he found someone worthy he got to keep them, I just for some reason don’t see Showfall and this searching for actors being a major component of Generation Loss as a whole, I think it’s something different.
