Ok so it starts with this kid June and it's her 13th bday and 4 her bday she gets a game called sburb but it hasn't arrived yet so she waits and gets pestered by her friends Dave, Rose, and Jade (in the order I think) her dad pulls into the driveway with a package and the game and so she equips a hammer to go and fight him to get the game which she successfully does before running back up 2 her room to play it with her friends. Rose becomes June's server player (controls June's game basically, like makes platforms and places stuff for her to use) and makes June's room bigger, places an alcimizer, the sprite thingy, and some fucking totem thing I forgot. Anyways as Rose is doing this her wifi keeps cutting out because the forest next to her home is on fire, so she needs 2 get to higher grounds 2 keep her connection. The comic swaps to her perspective and has her mess around in her house a bit, have a run in with her mother, and then she flees 2 her dead cats grave 2 use it as a booster for her computer but then discovers a lab underneath which she explores and finds a cute little kitty named Mutini Vodka. She also sees the past on a computer screen and makes her cats corpse accidentally appear in front of her younger self on a beach. It switches back to June who now has a meteor spiraling at her house. She has also alchemized a whole lot of shit; Weapons, new outfits, random stuff. She made this blue apple that has a bite taken out of it and as the meteor gets closer to her she hits(?) It with the apple and is sent into the medium. I just suddenly fucking remberd Hussie made recaps that u can read oml. Go 2 the HS comic and click the search bar and type in recap. U can c them there XD

only fools hyunjin is hands down my fav hyunjin in the fictional world, he makes me so soft and the smut scenes.. don't even get me started, oml. the confessions of love & passion between hyunjin & yn is impeccable. some of my favorite scenes were when hyunjin was running around the boardwalk dragging yn to try every snack there was & when they spent time together at the art museum 😭 ugh, talk about perfection! i could go on forever about my love for this chapter..

I’ve outdone myself… I thought I couldn’t beat fwb Azul’s 88 pages, but I’ve learned that anything is possible with TMDG. ^^;;; if I were to hazard an estimate, I’d say it’s possible I might reach the 80-page mark. Perhaps even a little more than that depending on how many pages certain scenes end up being. So far I’m halfway through the story. There are two main smut scenes left, but in between that I’d like to add in a few fluffy moments between Reader and Jade and some moments between Reader and Floyd! There’s also the epilogue, which I’ve decided to leave in because I feel like it’s a good note to end on. >:D

I’m really happy to know you’re hyped!!! (≧∀≦) Jade is cute and sometimes sinister in this fic, and it reads more like a sugary romance at times. But there’s the underlying unease of yandere, so I’m pleased with how it’s shaping up! He has no idea what he’s doing and how to rizz you, so he puts on his best Floyd impression because that’s what works. But he’s yet to realize that he doesn’t need to try so hard to charm you as someone he’s not. He’s already very charming as he is hehe. <3 and his dynamic with Reader!!!! AAAAAAA OTL I can’t hush about it. They’re literally so perfect for each other. T-T

My Thoughts on The Dangerous Gift

I'm gonna write down what I thought of the book overall, without spoilers, then I'll go more in depth afterwards!

Overall, the book...was not that good. Sorry. I love Snowfall and Lynx (keep in mind they used to be some of my least favorite characters before TDG, especially Lynx) but the book's plot is kind of its downfall, and a lot of things I wanted to happen, and I think what a good chunk of the fandom wanted, did not come to pass, which is disappointing.

Okay, now let's get into the spoiler-y stuff:

Again, Lynx and Snowfall were great. Honestly a really cute ship, 10/10. Though if Tui could've made it CANON that'd would've been REALLY NICE Y'KNOW. Like I even thought they were bound to be canon at some points of the book, but nope.

Though...I wish there was more of an arc between them. Like, take Winter and Qibli's relationship (one of the best developed in the series, if I say so myself, which I do) had ups and down, while still progressing into a close relationship 😏 friendship, and a believable one. With Lynx and Snowfall, they just...were friends, and that was it. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I still wish there was a bit more.

Snowfall's capslock and immaturity (even though she's an adult??) was a little annoying, but overall it wasn't anything too bad. UNLIKE SKY—

Mink was. Okay I guess. Another case of Tui repeating the exact same personality for her younger characters. I think Crystal was was kinda cool but there's this bitch at my school named Crystal and i fucking hate her but like?? Tui really is Determined as Fuck to have every single ship in this arc be a "forbidden" one.

I'm pretty sure they are the only new characters worth mentioning, and it's good Tui didn't add too many, because...honestly it's getting kind of overcrowded in the books when it comes to characters lol. 😑

Hazel's and Snowfall's friendship...exists. Idc man I don't care for Hazel. 😜 Plus there's this other bitch at my school named Hazel, whom I also fucking despise.

One of my biggest complaints is that...not much happened. The book wasn't boring, but most of the plot development (which there wasn't much of) was done via conversation or the ring thingy.

SPEAKING of the ring, I...wasn't a big fan of it. I mean it served its purpose, but it just felt a bit lazy, unfortunately. It seems like Tui couldn't find the time to develop Snowfall's character properly, so she combined that with furthering the plot via magic ring. Also, the visions were low-key boring, I skimmed most of them, Raven I skipped altogether. And the magic crown thing was...odd...like yeah, I get it Tui, there wasn't really a chance for Snowfall to get over her NightWing hatred, but like...REALLY??

Also Qibli and Winter's reunion was gay as FUCK like holy shit Tui, STOP TEASING US!!!! 😩

Actually let's talk about Winter for a bit, because oml was I disappointed. Like, y;all remember back when Tui said that Winter was going to return in Book 14, and we were all excited because finally! Winter'll get a proper closing to his character arc!

YEAH SO THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Apparently any development he did have was off-screen, and honestly it feels like Tui really only bought him in for the whole scavenger thing (which I'll get to in a bit). The most that happens is that Snowfall un-banishes him and let's him return to Jade Mountain. Which I mean?? Okay?? Where's your profound apology for being a dick to him for five years straight in general?? 😐 And the fact that they were on mostly friendly terms in the book...like, excuse me, but SNOWFALL BANISHED HIM. Like you'd think there'd be more...idk, hostility between them???? And the fact that he's not going on their escapade to Pantala pretty much means new development for him is never gonna happen...😪

Okay, okay, let's talk about ye ol' scavengers, ig. Mmmm...I don't like them. Dragonslayer in general I hated, and I really don't like the whole scavenger-dragon alliance. I think it was corny as hell and low-key cliché. Also Sky? Fucking annoying. LIKE HE'S EIGHT. HE'S AN ADULT. YET STILL ACTS LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD FOR SOME REASON because of COURSE! Sky x Snowfall was...not it?? Like Tui...no...stawp...that shit better not happen...

Now. Jerboa's backstory. I think by the time TDG came out, pretty much the entire fandom was theorizing Jerboa got rid of animus magic, so that wasn't really a surprise. It was also popular that Jerboa would be a villain, but NOPE, tragic backstory instead. Honestly, a lot of people say it was really good, but I skimmed the first and last bits of it, and skipped the middle section altogether more or less. Sorry, I just wanted the book to be over at that point, plus the Jerboa chapters were just...really out of place, I think Tui should've made a Winglet or something (even though she hasn't written one in like 5 years hhh). I wish those chapters could've been used to give Icicle and/or Hailstorm a bit of attention; I really wanted them to return in this book, but...alas....honestly I wish Tui had spent more time in the Ice Kingdom in general.

Things about Five that terrify me + some other things I noticed

He snapped a mop handle and shanked a baddie with it

he casually pulled his tie from around the baddie he strangled and put it back around his own neck like he was getting ready for work or something

He used a bargain mart trowel as a lethal weapon

He just pulls guns out of knowwhere?? Like his dads rifle????? When even??? That handgun he threatened the handler with??? Where did he get that???? Who is your dealer, Five??????

He sewed up his own gunshot graze with only minimal wincing (and then put a cute little bandaid over it, bless him)

He literally pulled out a knife, cut himself open, rummaged around under his skin like he was looking for the tv remote in the couch cushions, and pulled out the tracker chip like it was nothing

He heard one of the baddies groaning so he wandered over, crouched down, and snapped the guys neck??? With his little child hands??? I know he’s almost 60 in his head but just the image of this kid snapping a guys neck as if that was just something he does on a daily basis????? Holy heck that’s terrifying

His gremlin smile. Was his dad the Joker or something??? Good gravy

He pulled an eyeball out of a dead man’s hand, not knowing it was a fake eye at first and not even being a hardened assassin yet

He called killing the rando who apparently causes the end of the world “basic math”. Like I totally get what he means, but once again: FROM THE MOUTH OF A CHILD IT WIGS ME OUT

he was ready and willing to kill for a mannequin (love of his life)

His unclear understanding of what/who Dolores is. I can’t tell if he understands that she’s not sentient and can’t feel or love (my brain is telling me “YES SHE CAN HAVE YOU NOT SEEN TOY STORY” as I write this so heck maybe that’s his logic), but it’s kinda scary how fast he attached himself to her (we see him with her barely a few days after getting stuck)

His “I’m an old man who’s seen and done everything” complex

(From here on will just be things I noticed)

He was a really bouncy kid—bounced out of the bank, bounced at the dinner table, bounced up the stairs. He was a bouncy boy

He legit looked terrified to get his tattoo??? Like I know they all were, but usually he seemed like the “idgaf” type. What gives?

He is constantly putting his hands behind his back or in his pockets like some smarmy lil punk, both when he was a kid and after becoming a jaded killer. He also likes to sit with his ankle on his knee (note tattoo scene, he’s the only one not sitting normally, and also the scene in Vanya’s appartment). A few traits that survived all odds, I guess.

He only willingly let Vanya take care of him. He didn’t ask her too, but she made it clear she intended to do it he didn’t fight or say “I’ll do it myself”. He just rolled up his sleeve and let her help. The only other time someone else helps him like this is literally when he’s barely conscious and cANT bite off their hands

Also, the way Reginald eyed Five at the dinner table when he noticed him looking at him. How many times had Five used the minimal “quality” time to rag on him about science stuff????

We really see that he hates what he’s become when he says “I don’t belong anywhere, thanks to you. You made me a killer.” Up to that point, he doesn’t really go into it. He tells Luther that he didn’t enjoy the killing, but he never seems to actively show loathing for what happened to him. He’s too focused on saved his family and the world. But when he says that to the Handler, you can see that he’s really angry, and I kinda think that going back to his family and finding that he doesn’t really fit anymore and knowing that he can never go back really drove it home. Big oof, basically.

When his life is threatened, he doesn’t seem to panic too much, but when his family/loved one are, he actually looks scared (referring to jaded Five rn). Trying to stack his family? ANGER/FEAR. Trying to stack Dolores? SO MUCH FEAR NO NO NO (legit almost shot Luther—I wish he had sometimes tho)

Dolores telling Five that she doesn’t like it when he drinks is just essentially just Five telling himself that he doesn’t like it when he drinks. Does he examine his own flaws through Dolores berating him?????? Good golly he needs therapy

He never once give up hope that they can save the family. Like, the mOON WAS CRASHING INTO THE PLANET and he just “OKAY BUT LIKE ITS NOT THAT BAD WE CAN FIX THIS”

When he chucked the water bottle at Klaus for dancing with Dolores “GET OUT” (this killed me oml)

The fact that “Dad” was the third name out of his mouth in the apocalypse. I don’t know what to make of it. It just makes me wonder.

Bundling up Dolores for winter even as a grown man (GET HIM THERAPY OH MY GOODNESS)

he was out for 45 years, but he said he was with Dolores for 30. He found her almost immediately after getting stuck, so..... did the Commission take her away????? Did he leave her like “it’s not safe I don’t want you to lose your other arm”???? Like wtf happened???? Is the reason he screws up the equations because he didn’t have Dolores to fact check him for 15 years????

(Last one I swear) Mom patching him up in ep 7 is the first time she’d gotten to take care of her boy Five in 17 years AND it was the first time Five had been taken care of by his Mom in 45 years. :’)

Now that every episode of S3 has aired, I’m going to be watching Heart Hunter/Loveater and Miracle Queen. And so, I present to you, my thoughts on Battle of The Miraculous:

Ahem,

I WAS LITERALLY IN THE PROCESS OF WRITING MY THOUGHTS ON HEART HUNTER BUT MY LAPTOP SHUT DOWN AND DECIDED TO UPDATE

Which was super annoying, cause I was halfway through the episode. But I’ve managed to remember most of it

Anyway, that was annoying, but I still remember what I wrote:

- Marinette narrating in the beginning about loss, was honestly a big oof, since I know what happens in these two episodes

- Ugh, Cat was being petty about making LB jealous for sure

- Luka and LUKANETTE WAS SO CUTE I’M-- I love him so much, and I love them. They’re the light of my life right now. (also when he finishes Marinette’s melody, it’s totally going to be the theme of the show) THE BIKE RIDING AND CHEEK KISS WAS CUTE TOO

- Heart Hunter’s design is bad (Gabriel also totally gave them that cloak so they’d get pissed at each other)

- Adrigaminette rights!!!

- Adrien has a crush on both Ladybug, Kagami and Marinette, change my mind (He was smitten when he saw her with her hair out, like seriously) Rip to him scrolling through LB’s photos too, I felt bad but I had to laugh

- Kagami watching Adrien play piano is the softest shit, I died (Kagami and Adrigami in general is great in this episode)

- Also I freaked out when Adrien was grabbing Mari’s hand, and just hers. Like boy stop denying your feelings.

- Andre didn’t say poly rights but he did say Kagaminette rights

And now, back to where I left off in the episode:

- MARI’S GETTING SAD ABOUT THEM-

- ooof now things be getting intense, Hawkmoth’s figured out that she goes to Fu whenever she’s stuck

- RIP she saw Adrigami in action

- uh oh... she didn’t de-transform

- NO don’t choose Kagami, ffs this is like what happened in Desperada, don’t let your personal agenda interfere!

- Seeing everyone being mind controlled is a bit worrying

This... holy shit this finale was good. Like... damn I loved how it ended. There were some good moments that I appreciated, and all together it was really nice.

I need to know how season 4 is going to pick up after this one, so much has changed. I want this show to be better, I really do, and I’m hoping the next season really takes the wind out of us.

ye im trying to get this stuff out asap

sleep? idk her also just a warning it took 2k+ to get to the actual dating part so be prepared for a lengthy one

okay so basically, you got a job as one of lu’s personal stylists

you were the only child of one of his managers which helped you get the job

but the other stylists didn’t like that

they thought you just got the job solely bc of your parent

which was wrong-- you had loads of experience with styling of all kinds

the other stylists, bitter, would either ignore you or ‘tease’ you

a lot

though, they’d make sure to not do it in front of your dad

and they tried with lu, but he ended up catching them

considering he sees you all every day

and the fact that he isn’t cold hearted

lu really didn’t like that

but every time he would confront them about it, they’d deny his accusations and act innocent

after like a month of this happening

lu, and you respectively, had enough

though, you’ve had enough the moment they started

anywhoodle

lu legitimately had them fired

all five of them

aka

his entire stylist crew (besides you)

when you came to work and were told ‘oh hey, the other stylists don’t work here anymore, you’re going to be on your own for a few days.’

you had no idea how to react

and lu could tell because he started chuckling while you were doing his hair

then he told you that the other stylists were fired

which you already knew

but when you asked why, he fibbed a bit

said ‘they weren’t doing their jobs properly’

when in reality they were all relatively good stylists

so you knew he was lying right away

that and because the tips of his ears turned red

you didn’t want to say anything

just in case you got fired too lmao

for the next few days, you were lu’s only stylist

it was okay generally, but when he had a major appearance onstage it was a bit of a hassle

that happened like five days after the rest were fired

at that point, you and lu had begun talking more than before

while you styled him, you’d talk about whatever topic that came to mind

to anyone else, it looked like you guys had been friends for years

when in reality you had only known each other for little over a month

bAcK to The StORy

he was scheduled to have a stage performance at 12:00

it was 11:55

and he wAsNt reADy

so you were freaking out, rushing around trying to get your makeup pallets and hair gel, etc.

luckily he was already changed so you didn’t have to worry about that

but his face and hair was bare (not that it matters he’s a viSuAL--)

he was so amused, watching you scramble about

despite his amusement, he was extra sure to be helpful to you, seeing how stressed you were

he stayed completely still and tilted his head when you asked

when he’d usually mess with you for a bit before complying

now he was just listening in silence, knowing you were not in the mood for a conversation

after you had messed around with his hair using the gel and his makeup was done

you went to fix his outfit

you kept your eyes down as you inspected lu’s clothes

your hands would reach out every now and them to make small touch ups or to smooth over the fabric

your parent / lu’s manager was yelling out the time left, which was two minutes

so you worked faster

once you were done, you stepped back to admire your work aNd make sure everything was in place

in the midst of your work, you didn’t notice the lopsided grin he wore

which hugely complimented the clothes you had chosen for him

he honestly thought it was cute, seeing you so engaged in your work

“time to go!” his manager/your parent called out, ushering lu away from you

after his performance, lu couldn't find you

which was odd, since he usually met with you afterwards

when he asked his manager where you went, they snickered

but told him anyway“[Y/N] went outside for a bit-- got a call from their friend.”

lu nodded and stayed put, not wanting to pry in on your conversation

tho, when fifteen minutes passed he was b o r e d

so he decided, why not, and went out to find you

it didn't take long before he could hear you

making his way outside, lu poked his head out the door

he could see you, leaning against a brick wall with your phone to your ear

you were smiling so widely as you spoke

lu was kind of just wide eyed

a part of him wanted to stay outside to see why you were smiling like that

but the other part of him knew that that’d be invading your privacy so he went back inside

as he walked off, he found himself thinking of that smile of yours

he was so confused as to why he was thinking of it

it was weird

he kind of wanted to be the one to make you smile so brightly

the moment he thought that he literally walked into a wall

which also happened to be the moment you walked in

he met eyes with you, face flushing at the fact that you were laughing

“glad to know my pain is amusing for you.”

“it always is,” you joked, walking passed him, patting his shoulder as you passed

lu followed in silence, face still warm as he walked

while the two of you walked in silence, he noticed you wore a troubled expression

right before you were about to enter the waiting room, he stopped you, gently turning you around

“is something on your mind?”

“what?”

“you’re thinking about something and you’re thinking about it hard. is something up?” he raised a brow

you were blank faced for a moment before you let out a nervous chuckle

“well,,, i was going to wait until i could talk to my-- your manager, bUt,,,” you shrugged hesitantly, “i wanted to ask for time off tomorrow.”

“tomorrow? as in, when i have an important interview?”

you shook your head fervently, correcting yourself. “no, no, i’ll be here to get you ready but i have somewhere i need to be a few hours after it”

lu nodded in understanding before ushering you back in to ask

tHe nExt DaY (smooth transition, i know)

you actually managed to get lu ready long before his interview

so you all had time to kill

lu was playing some game on his phone and you were just cleaning up your supplies

suddenly, you got another call -- this time, a video call

lu found himself looking up as you answered it, a small smile instantly making its way onto your face

lu, being a lil shit, decided it’d be fun to do some random stuff in the bg while you talked with whomever

so, he basically crouched past with some weird expression

“oh. my. gosh. [Y/N] is that...”

“what?”

you turned around and made eye contact with him, just as he was pulling another weird face

there was a silence -- not including the freaking out your friend was doing -- before you burst into laughter

lu, though slightly embarrassed, followed after

“you’re luhan!” your friend gushed, gaining his attention “omL i love you--”

lu smiled before kindly making his way off camera to give you and your friend some privacy

at least, he tried to anyway

your friend very ‘subtly’ whispered to you, “[Y/N], please, let me get an autograph oR meet him i bEg Of YoU”

you took one glance at him before hanging up the call

not long after your phone blew up with messages from your friend

‘i’ll try, okay [Friend] chILL’

shoving your phone into your pocket you narrowed your eyes at lu

he thought you were glaring so he clumsily pulled out his phone and attempted to look like he was on it the entire time 

“very subtle, lu.”

“thanks, i try.”

you scrunched up your nose, contemplating on whether or not you’d really try to get some sort of fan service for your friend

without thinking, you blurted out the first thing you could think of

“let’s make a deal.”

lu looked up, intrigued.

meanwhile, you were internally freaking out

because you didn’t even mean to blurt that out

raising a brow almost impatiently, lu looked at you with a small smile indicating his mirth

“let’s go out--” you stopped yourself, wanting to hit your head against a door, “wait -- no, i worded that wrong--”

while you fumbled over yourself, lu leaned back against the sofa, covering his face as he laughed

“i saw an arcade on our way here. whoever wins three games first wins and --”

you didn’t even get to finish before lu interrupted

“okay,” he agreed, leaning back as far as he could, “you have a deal. if i lose, i’ll go with you, meet your friend.” 

he smirked, “but, if i win, you owe me a favour.”

he looked up at you, curiosity shining generously in his dark chocolate hues

a small, contented smile graced his features, blossoming over his cheeks like a carnation in its peak -- beautiful in all its glory

you blinked, thinking over his proposition

with a sigh, you held out your hand

“deal.”

within the hour, your parent was driving you guys to the arcade, clearly amused at your ‘bet’

“wear these,” they said, pointing to the pile of masks and caps on the middle console that they had handy just in case, “even in a dark arcade, someone could recognize you and those people will assume things.”

you were basically clinging to the car door, shocked that you were about to mess around in an arcade with lu han

when you arrived, you wobbled out of the vehicle, fully equipped with a mask and a cap even tho you arent at all famous and no one would know who you are

lu was in similar attire

“let’s go over here,” lu suggested, pulling you by the wrist once you entered the arcade

your face and body in general got really warm, your eyes trained on his hand

he was completely oblivious to your internal freaking out, his eyes facing forward

when he stopped walking, you were in front of a giant set up

“it’s like a racing / snowboarding simulator,” lu explained, stepping onto the platform “whoever gets to the bottom first wins.”

you nodded, stepping onto the platform opposite of him

it was snowboarding, how hard could it be?

you were very wrong

lu beat you in a mere two minutes, when the average time was at least five minutes

“i play this sometimes with my friends,” lu explained with a cocky grin not that you could see it

you narrowed your eyes, “you’re playing dirty,” you accused, though you weren’t really annoyed.

without a word, you hopped off the platform and took lu’s hand, just as he had with you, and pulled him in a random direction

oh, how the tables have turned

now you were unaware of the flustered expression lu wore

you brought him to a shooting game, one you had played a few times before with your cousins and friends

while you were playing, lu kept sneaking glances at you, which distracted him from actually shooting anything

he thought it was cute, how excited and into the game you were

like ten minutes later, you were victorious

lu just accepted it, because there was no way on earth in which he’d admit that he lost because he thought you were acting cute

since we’ve reached the 2k mark, imma be really blunt until the actual dating part

basically you spent the next hour playing a bunch of games

and, whoopdido, he won three games before you

you were kind of bummed out bc you could tell your friend seriously wanted to meet him

but, a deal was a deal so you took it

“before we go,” lu randomly began, “let’s go to the claw machines.”

a part of you got super excited bc you haven’t used a claw machine in forever

when you got there, your eyes landed on a vv cute plush

tho, tbh, you absolutely sucked at the claw machine

lu noticed right away which plush caught your attention and inserted a coin into it

you watched in aWe as he got it first try

“here,” he practically threw the thing in your face

“let’s go,” he said, not even waiting for you to catch the plush

you bounded after him, looking down at your watch

“what time are you meeting your friend?” he asked, watching traffic pass by

“in an hour or so.”

“then, let’s go get some dinner before then.”

you didn’t say anything and merely followed as he brought you to some lowkey café (i have an addiction to adding cafés into my bulleted stuff)

at this point i got distracted by everyong for like half an hour oops

by the time you were sat down in an almost empty café

there was like 45 min until you were going to meet up with your friend

you spent like five whole minutes trying to figure out how you were going to say ‘oops couldn’t get anything from lu han for you lol’

when you looked up, you noticed lu was just looking at you, resting his chin on his palm

“what’re you staring at?”

“you.”

you rolled your eyes, looking down at the small menu the café had out on every table

“you’re interesting.”

“usually, people are practically dying in my presence. you’re quite calm though,” he tilted his head. “you know, i think i like you.”

luckily, you weren’t drinking anything, because if you were you would’ve done a spit take

lu merely smiled before asking what you wanted, as if he hadn’t just told you that he likes you

you stuck your tongue out, leaning back in your chair

there was a pregnant pause before lu cleared his throat

you stared down at the table, biting your lip as you glued together words

in the back the cashier was lowkey eavesdropping

lu’s face broke into a smile, as he looked down to hide his growing grin

he looked down at his watch, standing up “then, let’s go.”

“your friend wanted to meet me right? so, let’s go.”

“but,,,, i lost our bet.” // “you did, so you owe me a favour.” he grinned back at you, “but, i’m going to be a nice boyfriend and go with you anyway.”

lu merely laughed, grabbing your wrist for the umpteenth time and hauling you out of the café

somewhere along the way, you found yourself shifting your hand and interlacing your fingers with his -- a silent confirmation.

so, dates with lu don’t come often, but when they do they’re amazing

he’s always making sure that you’re comfortable, so they’re usually not in public places just in case ppl recognize him

the last thing he’d want was for you to get mobbed by fans

a lot of your dates are late at night, whether they be walks, dinner at your/his house, movie nights, etc.

he’s so sweet too

like he’s very open with his feelings for you (not completely, the world has no idea of your relationship yet)

any of your coworkers can tell that you’re dating

but no one says anything bc they know that they could get fired if lu so pleased

he wouldnt tho, unless given reason

the few times that your dates are public

lu will do the weirdest things to make sure you don’t get recognized/seen

if he spots anyone with a camera he straight up kisses your cheek

which works bc the person usually turns away

he’s just so sweet during your dates

snowball fights in the winter are a regular thing

your first kiss with lu was spontaneous

you were at the arcade again, on one of your late night dates

a few other people were in the arcade, but not near you guys

you were playing the shooting game again, something that became tradition for the two of you and--

you took one look at him and suddenly his lips were on yours in a soft, gentle kiss

your hands froze on the plastic trigger, your eyes wide

before you could even do anything, lu pulled away with mirth shining in his eyes

the first being quick pecks, when the two of you are in a rush

whenever he has to go onstage, he’s sure to give you a quick kiss, whether it be on the lips, cheeks, forehead, etc.

the second are slow and sentimental

these usually happen during your lazier dates

like you could be watching a movie on the couch and suddenly your kissing no further than tHat

he’d be so sweet during these times, his hand automatically cupping your face and his other tracing circles on your hip, leaving trails of goosebumps

these are rare, but they will happen without warning

usually when he gets jealous or you push his buttons too much

they’re messy kisses, but he puts his all into them and it’s very obvious

fights with lu don’t come often

he hates fighting with you and vice versa

but sometimes the two of you just get really stressed at end up lashing out at each other

this usually ends in the two of you giving each other the silent treatment

which is so difficult considering you’re one of his stylists

the main one, at that

the other stylists, newly hired, get so awkward whenever you guys fight

because there’s this giant tension between the two of you and none of them know what to do or say

however, you can only ignore each other for so long

it’s very divided between who cracks first

sometimes lu does

sometimes you do

sometimes you both just end up apologizing at the same time

either way, you both talk everything out

and make sure that no stone is left unturned

he’d probably really like honesty in a relationship, so it’d be very important to be open with one another (as it is in every relationship)

these fights end with cuddling, most of the time

in which he brings you as close to his body as possible

and wraps his arm around your waist

he’d love it if you wrap your arms around his torso and play with the ends of his hair

if you play with his hair, he is putty in your hands

he even only lets you do his hair professionally

your first ‘ily’ came about a month into your relationship

during that time, lu was on tour

and right before a concert, you came down with a seriously bad flu

so you had to stay at the hotel

lu called you before the concert, nervous

he was so nervous, despite having done stages so many times in his life

to him, it was odd, not having you there

you had become his rock

he also loved performing knowing you were backstage rooting him on

“lu, hun, you’ll do great. and i know you have to go up now considering it’s two minutes to your stage. i believe in you!”

he was still shaken, but he knew you were right. “alright, bye. make sure to drink your medicine, alright?”

“okay~ i love you, bye.”

you hung up

only then did you realize what you had just said

which lead to you rolling around on your hotel bed, screaming into your pillow

meanwhile, lu was staring into space, his phone still to his ear

had he heard you right?

“lu! you’re up, let’s go.”

he looked over at one of his managers, nodding before putting his phone away

he then did his entire stage with a huge smile on his face

this is almost as long as my regular scenarios

so imma just stop here

anywho, a relationship with lu would be heaven

he’d treat you like royalty, because in his mind you deserve the best

he would cherish you, and when the time comes, he’d brag about your wonderfulness whenever he could
