After an hour drive we stopped at a remote settlement, at the edge of the Namib-Naukluft National Park, called Solitaire. The large Namib Naukluft Park offers exciting destinations, for example the Sossusvlei with the world's highest sand dunes or the dead vlei, a clay pan with hundreds camelthorn tree skelettons. Highlights are scenic flights over the dunes of Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei, the Sesriem Canyon, the diamond camps and shipwrecks of the Skeleton Coast and the beautiful scenery of the Namib sand sea. The Pilots are well experienced and will guide you through the scenery on an adventurous and informative flight.
