Waited until after the strike week to talk about this but I had like a whole post about how we should be positive about the new ATLA and then uh.

We got the Percy Jackson special. Shitty live action movie. New streaming adaptation that promises it will be more accurate and well written and what the fans want. And then it comes out and it's... not that.

Well at least we can go back to the trailers and pretend the show's not out yet while we enjoy the vibes presented there.

se ci penso non è molto che vado in terapia, sommando forse arrivo a un anno e mezzo. facendo due calcoli approssimativi quindi una settantina di ore, il che effettivamente non è male. è tipo tre giorni. la cosa importante della psicoterapia, secondo me, è l'idea che durante la settimana hai uno spazio tutto tuo. fa parte della self-care, come la protezione solare la mattina o l'acido salicilico o bloccare gli ex su instagram, perché per una volta al di fuori del flusso del quotidiano c'è qualcuno che è lì e che ti ascolta davvero. una persona il cui lavoro consiste nell'ascoltare ogni minimo dettaglio anche insignificante della tua vita, connetterlo a tutto quello che sa di te non conoscendoti e basandosi esclusivamente su ciò che decidi di raccontargli. ultimamente leggo spesso di gente che sminuisce la terapia riducendola a un momento in cui vittimizzarsi e ottenere una tanto agognata "ragione" sui problemi, un tipo di opinione che sicuramente non è lontana dalla realtà in determinati casi ma che mi ha fatto riflettere su cosa significa per me la terapia. sarà anche che principalmente ho da decostruire le strutture attraverso le quali mi relaziono con l'altro, sarà che sto seguendo un orientamento psicodinamico, ma quanto mi fa bene avere qualcuno che accoglie tutte le mie ragioni, una per una, senza bloccarmi o contraddirmi o difendersi. nelle relazioni, nelle discussioni, a volte non si vuole o non si può sempre analizzare le turbe e le paranoie dell'altro, andare a capire i meccanismi e i modelli introiettati nell'infanzia eccetera eccetera, lo scontro è altro. però lì, in terapia, per una volta puoi dire la tua versione della storia. i sentimenti e le sensazioni che hai provato. come esse si legano al tuo passato, ai tuoi ricordi e ai tuoi complessi. e lì scomponi, spezzi, apri e ti viene tesa una mano per acquisire gli strumenti per ricomporre da solo quello che è andato in frantumi. la psicoterapia non ti dà ragione, non ti dà lo spazio per essere vittima, ma ti fornisce una legittimazione. la possibilità di raccontarsi e spiegarsi, senza interruzioni né contraddizioni ma soprattutto senza giudizio. e io a questo non posso per ora rinunciare.
