I pray this Doctor is actually correct. I really do hope the synchronized relationship between carbon + global heat does not apply to the modern atmosphere. I pray that the unprecedented billions of tons of CO2 that blanket the earth can be naturally mitigated by our trees. Continued attacks on amazon rainforests, fires in the arctic, and relentless greed by elite international corporations make it harder and harder to be relaxed on this issue however. Here’s hoping that whoever our leaders are in the coming years, they can work together to diagnose an issue that affects all other issues: the health of the world in which we live. #usa #nuclearenergy #renewableenergy #amazonrainforest #chevron #humanfamily #cop27 #stephendonziger #climatechange https://www.instagram.com/p/CkqkKUCOpq7/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

In the center of the Amazon jungle, scientists have recently found the largest snake species in the world. Presenter of TV wildlife shows Professor Freek Vonk made the discovery of a gigantic anaconda that had not been reported before. The enormous serpent was almost half a tonne in weight and reached 26 feet in length. There were four species of anacondas known up to this point, with the green anaconda being the largest. It was eight meters in length and more than 200 kg in weight. For size reference, Vonk weighs 100 kg and stands 196 cm (6'5") tall.

The Dangers Of Flying In The Amazon Rainforest - Dailyfinancies
Tumblr media
The Amazon rainforest is a vast and unforgiving wilderness. It is also one of the most beautiful and biodiverse places on Earth.
However, flying in the Amazon rainforest can be dangerous, due to a number of factors, including:
Weather: The Amazon rainforest is known for its unpredictable and severe weather conditions. Thunderstorms, heavy rainfall, and strong winds are common, and can make flying difficult and dangerous.
Terrain: The Amazon rainforest is covered in dense jungle, making it difficult to find landing sites in an emergency. Additionally, the terrain is often uneven and rugged, which can make it difficult to take off and land.
Wildlife: The Amazon rainforest is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including birds, insects, and bats. These animals can pose a hazard to aircraft, especially if they are ingested into the engines.
Human error: Unfortunately, human error is also a factor in many plane crashes. This can include things like pilot fatigue, mechanical problems, and poor maintenance.
What are the risks of flying in the Amazon rainforest?
The risks of flying in the Amazon rainforest include:
Crash: The most serious risk is the possibility of a plane crash. This can be caused by a number of factors, including weather, terrain, wildlife, and human error.
Injuries: Even if a plane crash does not occur, passengers can still be injured in turbulence or other incidents.
Stranded: If a plane crash does occur, passengers may be stranded in the rainforest for days or even weeks. This is because the rainforest is so dense and remote.
How to minimize the risks of flying in the Amazon rainforest
There are a number of things you can do to minimize the risks of flying in the Amazon rainforest:
Choose a reputable airline: Make sure to choose an airline that has a good safety record and that uses experienced pilots.
Check the weather forecast: Before you fly, check the weather forecast and make sure that it is safe to fly.
Be aware of the terrain: Be aware of the terrain that you will be flying over and make sure that the airline has a plan for what to do in case of an emergency landing.
Be aware of the wildlife: Be aware of the wildlife that you may encounter and be prepared to take steps to avoid them.
Be prepared for the unexpected: Pack for all types of weather and be prepared to be stranded in the rainforest for a few days.
Conclusion
Flying in the Amazon rainforest can be dangerous, but it is also an amazing experience.
By following the tips above, you can minimize the risks and enjoy a safe and memorable flight.

Colombia's Amazon Plane Crash: Four Children Alive After 40 Days
Four children have been discovered alive in Colombia's Amazon rainforest after surviving a plane crash and enduring several weeks on their own. The Colombian president expressed immense joy for the entire nation upon learning of the rescue of the siblings, aged 13, nine, four, and one. Tragically, the children's mother and two pilots lost their lives when their small aircraft crashed in the jungle on May 1st. Following the incident, a massive rescue operation involving soldiers and local residents was launched to locate the missing group. President Gustavo Petro referred to the day of finding the children as "magical," recognizing their remarkable feat of surviving on their own for an extended period. He described their story as a testament to absolute resilience, destined to be etched in the annals of history. These children, he proclaimed, represent the embodiment of peace and hope for Colombia. A touching photograph shared by Mr. Petro depicted members of the military and the Indigenous community tenderly caring for the children, who had been missing for a daunting 40 days. The president confirmed that the children were receiving necessary medical attention and revealed that he had spoken to their grandfather, who attributed their survival to the nurturing embrace of the jungle. Subsequently, the children were flown to the capital city of Bogota and then transported to a hospital via ambulances for further medical care. The ill-fated flight, carrying the children and their mother, was a Cessna 206 aircraft en route from Araracuara in Amazonas province to San José del Guaviare. The crash occurred due to engine failure, prompting a distress signal. While the bodies of the three adults were discovered at the crash site by the army, it became apparent that the children had managed to escape the wreckage and ventured into the rainforest in search of assistance. A massive search effort ensued, and in May, searchers found items left behind by the children, including a drinking bottle, scissors, a hair tie, and a makeshift shelter. Furthermore, small footprints were found, leading the search teams to believe that the children were still alive in the perilous rainforest, teeming with jaguars, snakes, and other predators. Being part of the Huitoto indigenous group, the children's survival prospects were enhanced by their community's knowledge of the forest's resources and survival skills. Indigenous individuals actively participated in the search, while helicopters broadcasted a message recorded in the Huitoto language, beseeching the children to stay put and facilitate their rescue. It is worth noting that the Colombian president faced criticism last month when a tweet on his official account incorrectly announced the discovery of the children. The tweet was deleted the following day, with the president clarifying that the information, provided by Colombia's child welfare agency, could not be confirmed. Read the full article
