I was looking up quotes by Team Rocket executive Ariana and found this gem as one of the random conversations you can have in Pokémon Masters.

Girl... I mean... she's not okay with being the number 2 lackey, but she's acting more okay with it than I imagine a woman in her position would be. There's being #2 because Giovanni's known and worked with the #1 guy longer and has more confidence in him, and then there's being the mother of Giovanni's child and still being #2.

I feel like she should angrier about it.

(And on her being Silver's mother, she was given a name and a unique design in the same set of games that revealed Silver is Giovanni's son. They have the same hair color and similar hair styles.
