Six months to change my life. Starting today I want to change my life. I want to be more fit. I want to not get winded as easily. I want to feel better in my clothes. And feel better about myself.
I know that it will be hard and I will have setbacks, especially with my health issues, but I'm hoping that this will improve my health. So I'm ready.

Does anyone have a handy link to that guy who does the videos that are super easy progressions for doing exercises? I know he has one on squats and push ups, and they start with things you can do if you've never done a push up or squat in your whole life.
Most of them are outside, and I think the dude is like southeast asian or Polynesian or something? Maybe?
Searching this is the worst, any help would be appreciated.

One week ago today, I did my beginner workout and my body has hurt to the point of not being able to move correctly since. Today is the first day that I feel good again, so I'm gonna do the workout again. Fun fun. We shall see how this goes.

Here are some compound exercises that you can do to get a flat stomach:
Squats: Squats work your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. They are a great exercise for burning calories and building muscle.
Lunges: Lunges work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and hip abductors. They are a great exercise for targeting your lower body.
Push-ups: Push-ups work your chest, triceps, and shoulders. They are a great exercise for building upper body strength.
Pull-ups: Pull-ups work your back, biceps, and shoulders. They are a great exercise for building upper body strength.
