Very berry smoothie!💕 I love smoothies because they are quick, easy, and travel well. They make for a great breakfast/meal replacement if you struggle with making time to cook and/or eat. You can prep your smoothie in advance by adding your ingredients to a @stasherbag and sticking the bag in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat, dump your ingredients into a blender and go! RECIPE: ✅ PROTEIN: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder (pea, whey, or casein if you want to stay full for longer). ✅ 1 c. Frozen mixed berries ✅ 1 c. Spinach ✅ 1” fresh ginger ✅ juice of 1 lime ✅ HEALTHY FAT: 1-3tbsp. Hemp seeds ✅ 14oz of water. Keep the calories low by using water instead of milk/juice. So...... this is unrelated to fitness, but it’s TOTALLY self care! During this #stayhome order, I’ve had to tweeze my own eyebrows, give myself a facial, and do my own nails. Round one of the eyebrows was pretty bad. 😕 Thank God for brow pencils. 😳 This second time was a little better, still thankful for eyebrow pencils... lol. On to the nails... I soaked my gel nails off, painted them with regular polish, they chipped the next day. Over it. But I bought some press on nails and glued them on. Amazing!!! Why did I stop doing this in the 90’s???? So I don’t know who needs to hear this: Press on nails will get you right until we can go to the shop!
