thinking about a toxic but weirdly bonded highschool relationship with suguru again,,,ohh the angst, the pining, the reluctant but desperate dependency. it's all too much for either of you to handle.

back then, he wouldn't say a word about you sneaking your way into his room and falling asleep on the floor. and you wouldn't say anything about him asking you things he usually only whispers (neither of you dare mention the nights borders are crossed; the rare but real nights you wordlessly climb into his bed; the nights suguru has you answering his questions by guiding your lips against his).

the two of you never leave together of course, but if yaga ever saw you slipping out he never said a word either. a mutual pact.

suguru reacts passively to his friend's question, silently taking the glasses away from him and wiping them properly with the end of his sleeve before handing them back. "it's been easier."

as gojo mumbles a thanks for his glasses, the two of you lock eyes from across the yard. haibara shakes your shoulder absently as you cast an indifferent gaze his way, lips still wet with water.

suguru mouths something to you then, head cocked to the side in a fit of uncharacteristic but still spiteful rage. he realizes later that it was a reaction to your vague look. it's a secrete message, words without sound, tongue wrapped around air, and it makes you flush furiously against the heat.

Hello everyone! Now as you can already tell, this is a crossover ship of dp x dc. I wasn't really interested in this ship tbh but reading 'Something is weird with Damian' by Tuka2002 on AO3 (if you see this, hi!!! Love your work) and it was stuck in my head lol. So I'm taking inspiration from the fic and making my own headcannons!

- For contexts, Damian meets Danny normally; ie. No enemies chasing one another, no trying to off each other, no nada! They have a normal meeting and they both decided they like each other (Damian took longer than he like to admit) and it started from there.

- They been dating for some time, Danny a bit older than Damian; about a few years apart. Damian hasn't told anyone about him meeting someone, only Jon (he's his best friend, sue him), and Danny couldn't keep it a secret for long before his sister and friends found out (They lie for him all the time, they know he's bad at lying too)

- Danny had such a good influence on Damian that the Batclan thought that he was being mind controlled. Even Jon at first was suspicious at Danny (because he worries for his friend).

- Danny is such a sweetheart; although his choice of clothes make him look like a gangster lol.

- No joke, he would wear all black, a leather jacket with spikes on the shoulders, gloves, heavy boots, a mask that looks like a muzzle, rides a bike and it doesn't help that he's almost 7 feet tall (courtesy of his father's genes) and pretty much brawn (due to all the ghost fighting).

- Bruce will have a heart attack when he first see Danny. Alfred will raise a eyebrow.

- But like I said, Danny's a sweetheart, he'll bring gifts, expensive or not (let's throw in some Ghost King hc's in) and spoil Damian rotten. He's a gentleman too, always opening doors for Damian and buying the things he likes (Jon will always teased him about it)

- As for Damian, he'll start to get 'soft' as his siblings like to put it. Don't get me wrong, he's still the snobby demon brat we all know and love; he's just tone it down a little. He starts caring for others little by little and he even stopped trying to off he's brothers (Tim is very alarmed at this)

- He starts wearing the gifts that Danny gives, mainly clothing and jewelry. The clothing are in pastels colours and Damian loves them. Now Bruce doesn't like any of his kids dating (sue him) but this is very alarming to him as he never see Damian like this (Little does he know that they been together for a while now) so he'll be extra protective; although Danny thinks it's very heartwarming and would not be phased (ayy) at all.

- The Bats are debating whether or not that Danny is a thread.

- I don't know how the Bats meet Danny (officially). It could be dramatic or they wait for Damian to tell or Danny could a suspect and Damian is trying to clear his name or it could just be a normal (or as normal as can be) meeting.

- Anyway you put it, it will be interesting (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

- As for their side job (*cough*cough), that up for debate cuz I really don't know about this one. They could have known what the other does but not the full picture or Danny has told him about him being Ghost King and in turn, Damian told him about being robin (They both did this because in Danny's part, he doesn't like lying to Damian and would like it out of the way when the relationship got serious; For Damian it's the same as Danny and also he knows he's not human and ask him if he's a meta)

That's about all! Do penny your thoughts cuz I really invested in this ship! (◕દ◕) Sorry if there are some grammar mistakes here and there lol.

Something I've been noticing a lot more of, as of late, is people missing fantastic opportunities to reward their dogs.

Makes me think how many times I probably miss great opportunities to reward Aayla or Rebel.

I see a lot of both pet dog owners and sport dog owners doing this. Then being surprised when the dog doesn't improve. I watch people struggle with weaves, then never reward the dog when sequencing a course together that isn't specifically 'weaving practice' so the dog appears trial smart when in reality the dog is picking up on the context of when it's running a full course vs a WEAVING training session.

I see this in heeling where a dog is maybe struggling with auto sits. The handler will walk in a straight line and do several auto sits in a row, think the dog has it but then the dog won't sit as soon as you add in turns or the pace changes. If the dog does get a sit, they ignore it and continue on with the course.

Aayla struggles with about turns when working on a full heel pattern. She drops her head and takes it as an opportunity to scan her environment and gets left behind.

So I'm working really hard to reward any engagement through an about turn, even if she lags or bumps into me or anything. She has the mechanics down when the exercise is separate from a full pattern, but struggles stringing it all together with the longer timing. So I'm rewarding it heavily in the context of a heeling pattern.

She is really succeeding with this. I reward at least 1 about turn in a pattern (where there are 2-3) or any that find great. If there is a distraction present for the about turn I reward any attempts that are not leaving my side.

I guess in large, remember to reward your dog. Keep rewarding your dog for things that are hard for them. Keep rewarding until it's not hard. Until it's just natural and they can do it easily. Then work on fading reinforcement. But when in practice still have occasional rewards?? Just do it. It will make your training better. Whether that's pet dog stuff, sport stuff or anything.

Help your learner when they do something that is hard for them. If they are failing, it is hard.

are you in a production? thats so rad!! well ill start by saying I know absolutely nothing, and I usually use my practice time as procrastination for other stuff so idk. but if you're looking for advice, there are a lot of ways to get yourself to practice. I guess I would suggest listening to your songs as a kind of idle way of getting them in your brain. Try getting into character, think about how you feel in the song, make it interesting for yourself. I think what made it so easy for me to practice my stuff was just falling in love with my character: giving him headcanons that made me like him better, making him a pinterest board, and a playlist, thinking about how the story works and how he fits into it. In my experience, a playlist is crucial to keeping yourself in love with your character, listen to them next to some related song you like and they become so much cooler, everybody's different tho. of course you can also get yourself to rehearse by doing it with others, you can try calling up your friends or castmates to sing or run lines with you (I would actually run lines with you if you want, that sounds fun as hell, but you asked about singing so thats prolly not helpful). As for the costume thing, pinterest boards are a good idle way of keeping your mind on it. for anything you aren't physically making you should probably set a concrete date to shop for it. or try shopping for it online. if you're making something, uh, put on music. sorry if this was useless thank you for the ask mwah mwah
