The church hall is filled from top to bottom with various family members and friends as Kat sneaks past them all and into the bridal suite.

It’s quiet, and the bridesmaids, random friends of Dane’s that honestly Kat wasn’t sure if Terra even knew.

“Ter?” She asked when she finally reached the bathroom. No response from the other girl, and she knocked on the door. “Go away. If I see you I’ll change my mind.”

It took everything in Kat to not force the door open. If Terra was feeling like that without even opening the door, what did that say about her choice to marry Dane?

“I’m not the kind of girl who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion, but you, Terra Harvey aren’t the kind of girl who should be marrying a man who makes you want to hide in the bathroom before your wedding.”

It was an unfair point to make, but they both knew it was true. “I spent so much money on it.”

“And the money can be repurposed. You don’t love him. I know it and you know it too.”

Silence, then a deep sigh. The door opened, and Terra stood in front of Kat. She was dressed in a silky gown that fit her perfectly. It was gorgeous, but it was also clearly not Terra. She looked uncomfortable. She looked like the perfect version of Terra, not the one who wore overalls and worked at the hospital until she was ready to drop. Not the Terra that Kat knew.

"I hate how well you know me." Terra grumbled, but her face clearly said otherwise. Her expression morphed from looking almost pained to a small smile.

"You wanna leave?" Kat asked and Terra nodded. "Then I'll be your getaway car. Grab your phone, and if you have them with you, your change of clothes. We'll go somewhere less... cookie cutter."

"That would be appreciated." Terra joked, pulling her hair out of the updo it had been configured into. Kat grinned, grabbing her hand. "Let's get going before they notice you're gone."

This is done on the most superficial level possible for extra fun

Sokka: Space Wolves or Ultramarines. On the one hand he canonically does all the gaangs logistics and planning. On the other hand his hairstyle is called the Warriors Wolftail, he is from a very cold place and loves meat. Also blue Zuko: Salamanders. He likes fire and somewhat cares about civilians, he literally got his scar for saying a bunch of soldiers shouldn‘t just be sacrificed. Iroh: I would say also Salamanders. He even got some horrible warcrimes under his belt people don‘t like to talk about! Mai: Raven Guard. Emo/Goth-kid who is also a bit sneaky. She even fits in visually! Azula: Blood Angels. Perfected and talented in everything until they have a psychotic breakdown and go into a battle-rage/frenzy. Suki: Dark Angels. They both wear green, have fun weapons and I like them a lot. Also Suki would probally comit some warcrimes, it‘s what Kyoshi would have wanted! Kyoshi: Also Dark Angels. For the same reason. Pretty sure Kyoshi would adore nukes and plasma weapons. Also both Kyoshi Island and Dark Angels are both factions that choose to isolate themself! Ty Lee: Alpha Legion. Solely for the fact that she has six identical sisters Zhao: Sons of Horus. That‘s just the kind of Hubris you need to try and kill the moon. Ursa: Legion 2 or 11. Was there once, then vanished and people do not talk about her

These are the ones I could come up with on the fly, feel free to add more if you have any ideas! (Also I have no idea if there is any significant overlap between those two fandoms at all)
