Pokèmon: 18 Types, 18 ways!

A Sims 4 CAS and Legacy Challenge by ThornThisWay!

Rules & Summary:

Each legacy is based on a different Pokèmon type. Players may choose 1 Pokèmon of that type and create a Sim gijinka based on it as the legacy founder. You may give that PokèSim any traits that you think matches the Pokèmon it is based on. The next gen however must be based on a different Pokèmon of a different type.

This challenge is based on creativity, collecting, aspiration completion, skill learning, exploring each world & most of all storytelling! The main aspiration to complete is The Curator! Gotta collect 'em all!

You may not use cheats to gain money, skill mastering, complete any aspirations, etc! The only cheat you may use is FreeRealEstate for the very first house for the very first gen but you may not use it for the rest of the challenge.

This challenge requires a lot of DLC packs but mainly ones that contain worlds as each generation will move to a different world once the aspiration(s) of that generation is completed! The challenge is finished once The Curator is finished in Gen 18. Challenge Generation notes are under the cut!

I waited .And waited. And waited some more. I was getting impatient. I knew that the interviews and the whole aftermath of the Formula 1 races simply took forever, but now all I wanted to do was wrap a big blanket around Charles and make him forget about today's race. He had potential, the potential to win. And he knew, he knew how the pressure was rising. With every race, it was rising. 

I shooed my thoughts away, as I finally saw Charles coming over to me. He looked miserable. His shoulders were slumbed and his head hung low. 

"Hey", I mumbled as he reached me. Charles only grumbled a quick hello before pulling me into a hug. He rested his head in the crook of my neck and pulled me closer to him. 

"You wanna go to the hotel and order some food?", I asked quietly, while guiding him to my car. Charles only nodded and followed me. I watched as he quietly took place in the passenger seat. We drove home in silence and Charles waited before we reached our hotel room. He sat down on the bed and let his head fall into his hands.

"I feel like a failure", he mumbled quietly. I hesitantly sat down next to him and put my hand on his back, encouraging him to keep talking.

"I just...it feels like there is so much weight on my shoulders. The entire team is putting their trust in me and I'm failing them, I'm failing them all. I'm failing Mattia, I'm failing Carlos, I'm failing...I'm failing my dad"

"Charles, look at me", I mumbled. He didn't move,"Charles"

I hesitantly grasped his cheek and pulled his face towards me. His eyes were glossy and he looked helpless. 

"You are not failing your father. Do you hear me? You're failing nobody. I know France was..not easy. But look at today, you scored some good points!"

"But I could've won!!", he exclaimed and jumped up. I softly smiled at him:"And you will win. You will win so many times, that you'll loose count of it!!"

I was wholeheartedly laughing now. I also jumped up and grabbed his hands, guiding him to the middle of the room. 

"You'll win Quali's and Races and championchips and you'll do so much more!!I know it!", I smiled and pulled him towards me.

"But how can you know?", he whispered and rested his forehead against mine, his eyes closed.

I smiled:"Because I believe in you. I believe in you, your team does, Mattia does, Carlos does...and your father. He believed in you too. And I know that he would've been proud of you, so incredibley proud. Look at you, driving with Ferrari , fighting for the World Championchip!"

A smile appeared Charles' face. A genuine smile. 

"Thank you", he mumbled and softly kissed my forehead.

"For what?", I laughed.

Charles smiled and wrapped his arms around my waist:"For being you"

"Aw, thanks. I don't know how to be anyone else", I giggled and kissed his cheek. 

Charles gently grasped my cheek and pulled closer to him. 

"Je t'aime", he mumbled, before he kissed me delicately. His lips were soft and I could't help but smile against them. Charles would achieve greatness. I knew it.

"Charles!?", I yelped as I felt him lift me up. He twirled me around, a happy smile on his lips. 

"Careful!", I yelled but it was too late. My feet bumped into the edge of the bed, Charles lost his balance and together we fell onto the bed with Charles on top of me. He rested his head on my chest and I started to gently stroke through his brown curls. He hummed in delight before looking up, his chin resting on my tummy.

"Let's order Pizza", he stated. I grinned and nodded exited. We got up and while Charles changed into something more comfortable, I made the order. 

After hanging up, I turned aroumd a saw that Charles had turned down the lights, turned on the TV and prepared the bed. 

"Tada", he smiled. I giggled at his antics and wrapped my arms around his waist, shoving my face into his chest. His musky scent engulfed me. 

Charles grabbed my hands and pulled me onto the bed with him. He layed down while I grabbed the covers. I sat back down and Charles eyed me with his big shining eyes and I immediately  knew what he wanted. I smiled and rufled through his hair, before laying down. I got comfortable and seconds later, I felt him put his head down on my chest. Charles had done this since we got together, even before. He liked listening to my heartbeat. It reminded him that I was there with him and that I wouldn't leave. 

He gently wrapped his arms around me and got comfortable too. I smiled at him and started threading through his hair, untangling any knots that had formed throughout the day. After a few minutes, I felt his breath become steady ad he stopped moving around. I smiled at Charles, knowing that he needed this. Not only the sleep, but also the talk about his feelings, and of course, the much needed summer break.

I looked at him for a few more seconds, before the Sleepiness started to hit me too. I reluctantly closed my eyes, feeling that we forgot something. But it was too late, I fell asleep.

And we all know what we forgot, don't we?
