#throwback to the first time I ever got to teach at the somatic center back in February!! I see so much growth and progress & development within myself not just as a dancer but Choreographer as well watching this back!.. I've taken a back seat to teaching since I want to focus on cultivating myself as a student first but I have and am so excited for the potential to get back into teaching throughout these coming months! Me and Sisqo on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno way back like '01! This is when I first ever met Kobe Bryant. He was young like only 23 at tops and just the coolest spirit. I told him congrats and that he was a dope player and he said "I've been watching you guys and you dancers are dope". I then asked him if I ran across the street from the CBS lots where there was a footlocker and was to buy a pair of his new Kobe shoes, would he sign them and he said yes. So I went and got them but when I got back to the Lot he had done his interview with Jay Leno and left. So I was stuck with a pair of his shoes that I was not planning to wear but now, whatever.
