I do my makeup early, before the girls wake up. It's so important for me to be beautiful for Aaron and to set a good example for my daughters.

After that, I prepare breakfast! I try to make healthy options as often as possible. I want my girls to be slim & trim! I usually add some essential oils to their meals too.

This became my banner verse when going through women's discipleship at my church. The more I continue on in life, the more I have to cling to this verse. Soooo much in life scares me, esp. in this season. I hate the unknown. I hate feeling like God is far from me. I hate not knowing where to turn when it comes to deciding on a job. I hate feeling lost. No matter what I hate, though, God is with me. His Word is with me and He'd never lie. I have to hold fast to His truth and His plan. His purpose can and will be fulfilled in me. My doubts can leave. Stress can take a hike. I'll show shame of my past the door. My Jesus continues to prove that I'm not alone and great things will be accomplished through me and it'll be all for God's glory and with His power, alone. The writing life is a very sedentary life. I have to make a point to get up and move, go to the gym @ymca , be active with my kids, play and eat healthy.
