I'm closing a long day in college by sitting with my journal & mug of light dose of ceremonial cacao in my favourite chair at home, and writing down all the things I'm grateful for.🥹 Most people have no difficulties listing all things that aren't going so well in their life, but focusing on, and appeciating all that DOES go well, seems to be a challenge.... for most of us.🙃 But once you get started, and you bring your focus on what's working, you realise quickly that you have a pretty amazing life!🙂 💫 Raise your vibration and energy by focusing on what's working. And be thankful for those, no matter how 'little' or 'insignificant' you might think they are. For the universe, there is no such thing as 'insignificant'. Everything matters. They will add up. In the book, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy, Darren Hardy explained deeply about this principle and its application in real life. He has given several examples of achieving goals in real life in this book. the book is very interesting to read and very informative and inspiring.

Your journey to achieving goals starts with making proper choices when you make proper or correct choices, your choices trigger behavior in you, which if you keep repeating over a long period of time, will create a habit in you and your habit contribute ultimately to achieve success.

The key to achieving success is repetition and consistency, you don't require talent, just keep doing small improvements over a long period of time and see the big impact.
