I am knee-deep in the Benoit Blanc/Philip tag on Ao3 and am delighted by the many plausible and wonderfully fitting jobs my fellow sleuth/house husband gentleman butler fans have come up with. So I came to the conclusion: I want Philip to have a different job in every upcoming Benoit Blanc movie. And I want there to be no questions asked.

Blanc introducing his husband as the most capable lawyer he knows. Next time he casually mentions Philip to have opened a bookshop. Afterwards we find out that he also owns a bakery.
