According to the book, which I'm not sure if its cannon or not??? Each Horseman chose their Horseman name so they had different names before. I would like to offer the suggestion that War's old name was Justin and Fury’s was Patricia.

Personally though, I prefer the idea that Death was just an edgy motherfucker and named his charges accordingly.
