Our approach was simple. Rather than go down the avenue of stereotypical imagery and naff gift shop feeling packing, we wanted to embrace the eccentricities of the quintessential British behaviour. Each tea had its own unique quality so we celebrate that by creating individual characters that defined the tea’s profile. Prompt #17: “I’m with you, you know that”
Fandom: Spider-Man (MCU)
Rating: General Audiences

Characters: Happy Hogan & Peter Parker
Words: 371
Summary: Peter’s less-than-enthused about staying at a safehouse.
Not About the Room Design
Happy opens the door to the safehouse and steps aside so Peter can enter.
��Here we are.”
Peter walks in slowly, taking in his surroundings with a frown.
“What do you think?” Happy asks.
“It’s…” Peter turns to face him. “…bland.”
“Yeah,” Happy agrees, looking around at the sleek décor and comparing it with May’s penchant for knick-knacks and a general coziness, “yeah, I’ll give you that. But it’s temporary.”
Peter swings his backpack onto a white sectional. “When’s May coming?”
“Later tonight.” Happy arranged for May to come after a day spent wrapping things up at work—it’s all part of the attempt to show the public they have nothing to hide.
He jerks his head toward a hallway. “You want me to bring your stuff to one of the rooms?”
“Okay.”
Happy grabs the two small bags Peter managed to pack before their apartment was overcome with paparazzi and heads for the first room in the hall, Peter following with his retrieved backpack.
“Figured you’d give May the one with the bigger bed, so we’ll put you up in here if that’s alright.”
Peter hums his assent, so Happy drops the bags onto the bed and heads out of the room, pausing at the doorway and looking back at Peter.
“Everything look okay in here, kid?”
Peter stares around the room. “I hate the color of the walls. Too white.”
“I can get you guys some paint,” Happy says, but he knows it’s not about that.
He’s taken back to a jet in the Netherlands, when it wasn’t about the stitches.
It’s not about the color of the walls.
Peter leans against the streamlined desk and folds his arms.
“Peter? You good?”
“Not really. All of this feels super unnecessary.” His leg starts bouncing with nervous energy. “It feels like we’re hiding something, and we’re not. I didn’t kill him—you were there, you know. And I just—we have to be able to prove I didn’t do it, so why hide?”
“Kid. I’m with you, you know that. We just need to keep you and May safe right now.”
Peter looks at the floor. “Yeah.”
“You hungry?”
“Not really.”
“Alright.”
Happy heads for the kitchen and orders Thai anyway.

The next evolution of my #weeklyspread . I remembered pencil before ink, and color before black ink design. #bujonewbie #stilllearning but #making progress. My #habittracker on the weekly was not getting any attention. Once I fill it out on my monthly spread, I'm done, so it has disappeared. I'm going to experiment with my #prayerlist on the right side because I have half an empty page. If it doesn't work, there is always #nextweeksspread . As an already established brand we needed to be respectful of Burgen’s past and so developed a new look that not only felt both fresh and bold but also one of familiarity.
