Weasley's and Percy (things he does)

Percy wakes up early and puts the kettle on for the members of his family that drink tea. He prepares a hot cup for Molly because she's the first to arrive and lets Molly teach him some cooking tricks.

He places Arthur's brief case next to the bathroom door, it's his dad's last stop before leaving to work. Percy started it years ago when Arthur would leave without it after helping Molly with the Twins, little Ron, and baby Ginny. He hasn't forgotten it since.

Bill and Charlie were outside flying high up into the sky when they managed to crash, knocking each other from their brooms. Percy panicked and scrambled below them reaching out to catch them. The combined weight fell atop of the third eldest child and a loud snap filled the silence, sniffles followed shortly. Percy saved his older brothers from breaking their bones, but his favorite glasses were snapped in half and missing an eye piece.

The Twins disliked bed time, no talking, no laughing, and forced to sleep when neither of the young boys were tired: it was unfair. Fred and George hated it, but Molly ushered them up to their cold, lonely beds. George snuck over to Fred's bed, slipping his head under the covers to wait for mum. The door creaked open and light footsteps moved to the bed side. Fred elbowed his twin, annoyed George perked up and with wide eyes he watched as Percy climbed in-between them. A big book that made Percy's hands look tiny was opened and soon a magical fairy tail soothed the twins into a deep, peaceful sleep.

watching ofmd while eating dinner with mum and her bf is so wild to me because they're so picky with the shows they like and I wouldn't have thought that ofmd would have made the list mainly because of how queer it is among other reasons yet here we are 😅

Personal rant

Yk I was a complicated child and not a happy for one for the matter and I know that

But I've actually grown out of that phase

And I always hated, how in my moms family no one ever gave me room to change or to show that I've changed because they still treat me like that grumpy child I was and this always hurt me on the insight. Like they act and talk to a person that doesn't exist in that form anymore but hey (and when I am angry or unhappy with good reason they always treat it like it's just a character trait of mine and don't take my emotions serious but hey)

But today I learned that my own mother is the one holding that picture upright. Even when she's the one doing a mistake she straight up lies and blames it on my moods

And I just feel very hurt by that and disappointed and idk. I just want to leave

and i don't know where to go with my feelings so I put it on the internet✌🏻

I want a fic where Kara and Clark get to bond. Like actually. He was only, what?, days old when he left? I want them to come together and share their cultures together. Kara can teach him how to speak proper kryptonian and Clark could actually help her find her place where she belongs. I want them to interact and to love eachother as cousins. I want them to tease eachother and argue over who's the older cousin. "I was born first, clark!" "Well I've been awake longer, Kara."

I want them to stress eachother out. Clark was her baby cousin, what do you mean he was thrown through 7 buildings and made a crater when he landed? What do you mean Kara was hit by a nuke? "Is he/she okay?"

I want Clark to tentatively ask about his parents. Sure she was young, but she remembers her aunt and uncle. More than Clark that's for sure. She asks him about how he grew up, and is always thankful that it was Jonathan and Martha who found him.

Had a meeting at my son's school today (he's 6) and the speech therapist told me he keeps saying, "watch out! Earthquake!" and he'll 'get hurt' and be dramatic saying, "help! I need an ambulance!"

I had to explain to them that he asks to watch 911 with me lolololol

oh no! burnout is so exhausting mentally, emotionally, and physically. I was burnout in my last job for months, so I can totally relate. I hope things will settle down for you soon, anon <3

James: James would take anything he can off of your plate. But he would do it in a way that you don't realize. He knows you're a hard worker and very strong, but he wouldn't want you to feel insulted. He hopes that by taking care of some of the more minor things, it will take some things off of your plate.

Vivian: Vivian would secretly scare people who want to waste your time on stupid things. "Do not bother my child, or you will spend a month in the dungeons." And when someone ignores her, they become a lesson for all. Of course, you're so busy, you don't realize, which is exactly what Vivian wants.

Percival: Dear dad would pull you aside and insist that you take a day off. It won't solve all your problems, but he's worried that you're being worked to death. When you protest, he asks, "Are any of these items life or death? If not, they can wait. Take a breath. Get some rest."

Felix: Felix would gently massage your stomach, hoping it will help soothe your aches. He'd also make foods that are easy on the stomach and when you're ready for more comforting food, he'd whip up anything you like. At the end of the day, he'd give you a massage while letting you talk about your day, possible rant, for as long as you need. He'd remind you as much as possible that he's here for anything you need and that you don't have to be alone.

Constantine: Constantine would be really worried about you and secretly arrange a vacation behind your back. All of your work would be taken care of so you can focus on relaxing. He'd let you sleep in and then wake you up gently, telling you everything is packed and ready to go. He'd carry you to the carriage if you want and continue to do whatever he can to ensure you get rest.

F: F would focus on whatever can help you relax. A bath? They run one for you every night. Head rubs? Just lay down and let them get to work. Being read to sleep? Their soothing voice is at your disposal. And they'll keep reminding you to take it one day at a time.

Margaret: Margaret would make you tea in the morning and then convince you to do some meditation before starting your work for the day. She'd check on you as much as she can, helping you with your work when possible. She'd bring you fresh flowers to try and brighten your mood.

I am back home. My grandfather is out of the hospital but the general consensus is that it’s not going to be long. Thankful that I got to go spend the weekend with him, and was fortunate enough to have a chance to say goodbye if needed.
