Today’s a sunday. Ate shit ton of snacks and a huge meal. Quite sure I exceeded my calorie limit by atleast 600 cals. Feeling super guilty.
I always wanna do an extended fasting. I’ve done 1 day fasts so many times and 2 days fast about once. My biggest hurdle is college lunch and I really don’t know what to say when people ask why the hell am I not eating. It’s gonna be tough and I have to find my reasons.
I just wanna lose a solid 2 kgs. 14 day fast would cause a 2.5 kg loss of weight going by calories. Rest is gonna be just water weight.
Anyway.. will keep you updated on this journey and wish me luck.
