☀️GUAVA FRUIT☀️ 🌿Psidium Guajava. Family Myrtaceae. _ 🌿Guavas come in an array of varieties. IN GENERAL, pink guavas tend to be sweet and strong-smelling, similar to pear and strawberries, and are on the juicier side. The white guavas are sweet, tart, and not as pungent as the pink guavas. Texture ranges from a crisp apple to a soft creamy pulp. _ ☀️How to Clean and Eat Guava (Pictured is a large white guava, Thai variety): ✅Step 1: Wash the outside skin well of any dirt and debris. ✅Step 2: Cut the top stem off, coring around it. ✅Step 3: Cut the bottom off, where the old petals and sepals once existed. ✅Step 4: Cut through the middle, from top stem of the fruit to the bottom. You now have a cross-section of the fruit. ✅Step 5: Cut into slices. ✅Step 6: Seeds can be removed by simply using a spoon to scoop out the core. However, the fruit can be eaten in its entirety.
