Little explanation
I didn't weigh myself at the start of my diet and I'm not going to weigh myself at the end of it. The number on the scale is irrelevant it doesn't account for bone or muscle mass it doesn't account for water retention or time of the day... There is a lot more to measure progress with than the number on that scale. Like how your clothes feel loser, how you have more energy, how your skin is glowing more, how you are happier and feel more accomplished. How you can lift more in weights how you can run for longer and faster. How an exercise that use to be challenging has become a warm up. This is progress!
