Ok so idk if y’all already know bout this or smth but I just found this out last night when I was replaying through Ruins
So when we meet Chica, she’s lifeless and just ragdolling around right?
Then after this section, she falls somewhere and immediately gets reanimated back to life, and where does she fall? A recharge station it seems, crashing into it and all and spilling battery acid everywhere. So apparently she was just out of battery?? Idk if I’m the only one who noticed that like only rn but alrighty then. Guess she was just discharged and the quick battery acid bath gave her life!!! Well ya know until she runs outta battery and collapses on the floor (Tbh Chica it do be like that sometimes, girl, and we are here for you)
So this leads me to believe that if we ever go back to the Pizzaplex in some way via another DLC (probs never gonna happen sorry yalls) or a new game, Chica can still be saved by just simply recharging her (and clean her like p l s). Could we also do the same with Bonnie is what I’m thinking cuz he doesn’t look as severely damaged as the others. Like yeah, slashed chest, shattered half of his head, detached legs. I think he can actually be salvageable as well, only reason he hadn’t is cuz someone/something hid his body behind the bowling lanes.
Same can’t be said for Monty tho, dude’s circuits are fried to a watery crisp. Rest in peace our beloved gator :pensive: (this is why canon divergence exists BABYYYYY)
What's Gregory's story in this Poke AU? OwO I wanna know~~ TwT
Gregory grew up pretty normally for around 7 years, just a kid having a normal life. But y’know main character typical backstory his parents passed away but I only did it cause it makes sense for Gregory since he’s homeless in canon. He eventually goes through foster homes like it’s no one’s business for pretty much the entire time after that until he’s 14 where the story starts. He’s run away from his current foster parents and stays with Cassie and her parents. Whom in this au I felt silly and made chica and Roxy. Roxy and chica have no idea Gregory had run away, so they’re concerned about him staying at their house all the time. So he’ll leave for some days and go to Tony’s house, then go back and that’ll get them both off his back most of the time. Gregory has met Freddy also a handful of times and Freddy is absolutely Gregory’s idol, he looks up to Freddy so much.
And a really big theme of Gregory’s story in this au is him being desperate for a stable life. He wants parents that love him, likes the ones he remembers before his entire life was rocked by them dying. He’s a brat that acts out to keep people at a distance until they eventually break down his walls. And his longing for people to care for him is exactly what William tries to appeal to when meeting him.
Trying to not give too much away cause I do want to make it a comic/graphic novel; William is trying to get Gregory to join him because he’s an extremely talented trainer like your normal Pokémon game protagonist. William when he meets Gregory and during the final show down of Gregory trying to stop him to save the region he tries to convince Greg that joining him and helping him achieve his goals would get him exactly what he wants.
Gregory doesn’t fall for the ruse though and takes William down anyway. And it’s entirely because he realizes he already has people who care and have met and created relationships with people who do love and genuinely care for him. Like Freddy, he cheers Gregory on the entire way through his goal to become champion. And Cassie, she has been by his side since they were little kids. They are the reason William fails to get Gregory on his side.
