Bruh I can't leave the house for hours in this weather I'll get super dysphoric if I can't wear a hoodie.

There is a curse I wanna go to but it's gonna be 32°C today. And socializing when I'm dysphoric? Not happening. I don't want to have to interact with anyone and just want to go home. Top surgery when. At least it's supposed to cool down tomorrow. But I wish I could go :/ staying home boring af and not good for my mental health. Still better than getting suicidal from chest dysphoria. Boohoo

My family lives next to a massive river where I also use to live before I moved for college. It has tons of little beach-like areas along it with sand where people would hang out and swim in the river.

I’m sure I could find something similar around where I live now but I don’t know of any little areas.

If I have to suffer in dreaded 78 degrees heat then I would at least like to be able to hang out near a pretty body of water where I can gaslight myself into pretending I enjoy hot weather >:(
