Question: Have you two felt frustrated about something? How do you overcome it?
Apo: I’m a work-oriented person so if I go to work unprepared, I feel like a failure. The only way to overcome is through meditation.
Mile: I often feel frustrated. The first thing I do is cheer up. Second is to talk to myself. I’m a person who weighs the best case scenario and the worst case scenario for everything and analyze every detail in my head.
I will evaluate which solution best fits the problem at hand. I have no way of knowing whether it will be good or bad, but it’s the most suitable at that time. If I do it and doesn’t solve the problem, I will discuss with someone else.
It helps to vent too. The most important thing after venting and getting advice is to always encourage myself. I think self-encouragement is important. Encouragement from others is also important but it’s not good if we don’t take that encouragement with positive energy.
Apo: Every time we finish work, phi would call and ask me “How was it?” His voice would sound tired. We cheer each other on and his voice will become more cheerful, as cheerful as his smile.(to Mile: smile at the camera)
