I drew Zelda again because apparently I have a new blorbo and have the all encompassing desire to draw her again and again.

Also I wanted to give her a more casual outfit, so it’s a basic tunic with an embroidered cloth belt, also the triangle patterning is from her canon outfits. It’s on the belt of her royal dress and traveling outfit so I wanted to incorporate it here as well.

I’ve also given her some scarring because I don’t think you can come out of a century of holding back the embodiment of hatred and malice without a few scars.

The title is Queen Of Nothing because she makes me think of the Crane wives song by the same name. Definitely go listen to it if you haven’t it’s a great song!

Sometimes things seem to just pile up; finals, money problems, overall grades, getting sick...

But I cannot tell any of you how much I absolutely adore one of my professors tonight. I thought it was too late to turn in two of my assignments that were huge portions of my grade and I was having a legit panic attack over possibly failing my senior experience course. I sent her a frantic email asking if there was any way I could still pass the course.

This lovely human, this absolute angel, sent me an email telling me that I'm doing fine. She gave me a numbered list of things to do so that I could get them organized in my mind and she even gave me her phone number so I could call her if I needed her support.

Let me tell you, I broke down in tears when I read the email. It was like a weight had been lifted. She could have chosen to ignore my email, she could have been short and stern (as some other professors have been), but instead she was understanding and supportive.

We need more people like her in the world right now.
