I was thinking about how "It's Pronounced Rules" is a much more whimsical theme than "Rouxls Kaard." If we go with the general game theorist assumption that the overall aura of a location or character is what influences the music for that place or person- which seems to hold true with Unrelated characters; for instance, Alphys' theme sounds awkward and nervous, whereas Undyne's themes are bold, strong, and totally in-your-face- then is the shift to a sillier theme for Rouxls an indication that he may be taking himself less seriously in Chapter 2? After all, he did work with Sweet Cap'n Cakes on fixing up the Thrash Machine, which is something I wouldn't have imagined him doing in Chapter 1 (working with others, I mean).
Also, "It's Pronounced Rules" includes a bit of "Lancer," which "Rouxls Kaard" did not have. Coupled with the fact that Rouxls has a slightly longer bit of dialogue about Lancer in Chapter 2 than in Chapter 1, he may be relaxing just a tiny bit about being Lancer's Lesser Dad.
thinking about how the (greek) big three swore to never sire any more demigod children because those children are just too powerful (dangerous) and also thinking about how the characters that, arguably, seem to have the greatest proclivity for cruelty in the name of justice or vengeance are also the (greek) big three children... there's something there, a connection to be made I'm sure of it
A brownblood toddler. Their lusus, direwolfdad, was eager to take on a charge and hid how sick it was. They are one of Melosa’s wards, and she’s asked other troll kids living in the complex’s bottom layer to check on them daily. They only know their first name.

“...Hawkeye?”
“Put a mask on, Radar.”
“Oh-” the kid reaches for his face for a second before shaking his head. “You’re not in surgery anymore, Hawk.”
This time when he opens his eyes, Hawkeye actually looks around. “Why the hell not?”
“Oh, gee, do you not remember?”
“Gimme the footnotes. And help me stand up.”
“I don’t know Hawk, you’re lookin’ really pale.”
“Dammit, Radar-”
“Colonel said it was the ether. ’Cause you ran out of the- the- look, I don’t know to say it. The sleepy drug.”
“Did it start with an ‘s’?” Before Radar has a chance to answer, Hawkeye waves him off. “Forget it. Tell me I didn’t fall in my patient.”
“Oh, no sir. You fell backwards. Into Hunnicut.”
“Oh, good, a damsel in distress falling into the man of my dreams.” Eyes still slightly glassed over, Hawkeye reaches out for Radar with one hand, the other pushing up on the wooden box currently keeping his body off of the ground. “Help me up- how many left in pre-op.”
“Colonel said to bring you to the swamp.”
As if he didn’t hear the last sentence, Hawkeye adds, “And grab me a new mask, wouldja?”
Idk why ur asking this but unfortunately i studied linguistics in college so im gonna send a pointlessly specific answer.
I speak general american english & i usually say it like one of these (rough IPA transcription in brackets; closest word approximation in parentheses, but this may only work to read if u also speak gen american english):
[wʊs.tr.ʃɑɪr] (wuss-ter-shire)
[wʊs.tr.ʃir] (wuss-ter-sheer)
sometimes [wɔr.tʃɛs.tr] (war-chess-ter), but I think I mainly said that as a kid? I don't think it's an uncommon pronunciation in america tho. idk i might b wrong.
I think [wɔr.tʃɛs.tr.ʃɑɪr] (war-chess-ter-shire) and [wɔr.tʃɛs.tr.ʃir] (war-chess-ter-sheer) are possible pronunciations ive heard here too
None of these are how it's pronounced in the UK, i think. iirc I think it's [wʊs.tə] (wuss-tuh). I dont know much abt british eng tho so idk.
Sauce is [sɑs] (the "a" sound in "father").
Tbh i dont eat worcestershire sauce (i dont like most condiments) so i dont really say this word often LMAO;;
for aster it's just like their namesakes are pronounced! the wikipedia pages have pronunciation guides. Urs is like how you'd say Ursa Major but drop the "a"
IPA can be a bit difficult though, so this is the closest i can give you to spelling those out:
Rigel - RAI-jel
Vega - VEE-gah or VEI-gah
Aldebaran - AL-deh-buh-ran (kinda what you see is what you get kinda pronunciation)
Urs - OO-rs or IR-s (IR as in "girl". the latter is how wikipedia lists it. im not too sure how to spell it out? and the former is how i actually tend to say it)
and Aster is just AH-ster, like the flower or given name
the worst thing about me is in fact that i thought that cannibal’s name was pronounced like armin MEWS for like forever so i was out here giving that man cat ears :/
