It never occured to me that both timelines would become equally real, splintering reality in both directions, past and future. In using my power to bend reality to my will, I ensured that my choices-- my will, would begin to form new pocket realities with every whim. I have named the disease. But what is the cure?

ok just want to say the reason i don’t think dan and laurie should’ve gotten together has nothing to do with dan/ror and everything to do with the fact that laurie basically JUST got away from jon and still hasn’t fully processed all of her trauma from both that and being basically forced to be a mask by her mother. so to just immediately throw her into a relationship with the next guy she sees is. really telling about how moore sees his women characters

Book Titles That Are Taylor Swift Songs:
Champagne Problems by Staci Hart
The last thing I’m looking for is a guy.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan. But after my ex sent my heart through a wood chipper, I need a minute.
Which is why Levi is such a problem.
When the smokeshow walks into my party, there’s no avoiding him. He looks at me like I’m a juicy, rare steak, and he hasn’t had a meal in a week.
Pretty sure he’ll devour me. All I have to do is give him permission.
We’re from different worlds—he’s leather jackets and motorcycles, and I’m a trust fund kid hailing from the Upper East—but that’s not our biggest problem.
I’m pretty sure he has a secret.
A secret that could bring down my entire world.
I wasn’t looking for a guy, but the guy found me.
And neither my heart nor my secrets are safe.
This Love by Dani Atkins
Sophie Winter lives in a self-imposed cocoon - she's a single, thirty-one year old translator who works from home in her one bedroom flat. This isn’t really the life she dreamed of, but then Sophie stopped believing in happy endings a very long time ago, when she was fifteen years old and tragedy struck her family. Her grief has left her scared of commitment and completely risk averse, so she plays it safe and keeps everyone at arm’s length. Sophie understands she has a problem, but recognising it and knowing how to fix it are two entirely different things.
One night a serious fire breaks out in the flat below hers. Sophie is trapped in the burning building until a random passer-by, Ben, luckily happens to spot and rescue her. Suddenly her cocoon is shattered - what will be the consequences of this second life-changing event?
Haunted by Meg Cabot
Is it possible to be haunted by someone who isn't even dead?
Suze is used to trouble, but this time she's in deep: Ghostly Jesse has her heart, but Paul Slater, a real flesh-and-blood guy, is warm for her form. And mediator Paul knows how to send Jesse to the Great Beyond. For good.
Paul claims he won't do anything to Jesse as long as Suze will go out with him. Fearing she'll lose Jesse forever, Suze agrees. But even if Suze can get Jesse to admit his true feelings for her, what kind of future can she have with a guy who's already dead?
Cruel Summer by Juno Dawson
A year after Janey’s suicide, her friends reunite at a remote Spanish villa, desperate to put the past behind them. However, an unwelcome guest arrives claiming to have evidence that Janey was murdered. When she is found floating in the pool, it becomes clear one of them is a killer. Only one thing is for certain, surviving this holiday is going to be murder…
A compelling and psychological thriller - with a dash of romance.

“Watchmen” Spinoffs That Are Definitely Getting Made
Tumblr media
The Nite Owl Returns
After the death of his sidekick, Dan Dreiberg, Hollis Mason promised himself he would never fight crime again. And he hadn’t for years, but now he’s forced to come back. With his new partner Laurie at his side, Hollis is ready to remind criminals why they ever feared the Nite Owl.
All-Star Doctor Manhattan
Doctor Manhattan’s nemesis, Ozymandias, comes up with the perfect plan: if he can’t get rid of his foe, just make him so depressed he’ll leave Earth himself. Ozymandias gives Manhattan’s loved ones cancer, including Janey Slater, and blames it on the superhero. Now Doctor Manhattan must clear his name, and get Janey to love him again.
Comedian: The Killing Joke
The Comedian tries to drive Detective Joe Bourquin mad in an attempt to prove his nihilistic outlook on life. Can Nite Owl stop him in time? In addition, flashbacks of the Comedian’s troubled youth are shown to explain the man he is today.
Silk Spectre: Year One
Laurie wants to become a superhero like her mom- the original Silk Spectre- was in her own youth. But to her frustration, her mother has forbidden her from ever becoming a hero. Laurie, deciding she’s had enough, decides to become the new Silk Spectre anyway.
Rorschach
Someone is killing superheroes, but- wait a Rorschach story already exists.
Ozymandias: The Long Halloween
Someone is killing superheroes, but who? Can Ozymandias, the world’s smartest man, figure it out in time? And if he already knows the answer, what’s stopping him from telling anyone?
Crimebusters: Origin
Nite Owl, Doctor Manhattan, Silk Spectre, Ozymandias, the Comedian, Rorschach, and fan favorite Captain Metropolis must come together to fight against an alien squid invasion. Watch these men (and a woman) form the world’s greatest superhero team.
Watchmen: Rebirth
A straight up remake of Watchmen. This one’s the most likely to actually happen.

Why “The Crimebusters”? Well, as you know, this country hasn’t had an organization of masked adventurers since the Minutemen disbanded in ‘49.
