Series I, Part XVII
SCP-093 - Red Sea Object
I know I said at the top that I wasn’t going to be including tales and whatnot in the ratings, but I feel like with 093 you have to include all the test logs or you’re missing just so much of what it actually is. 093 was one of the first ones I ever read, and was the one that made me fall in love with the site, so rereading this is exciting.
It’s still one of the best. A lot of the skips, I read them, and then I just move on. But goddamn, I want so much more of 093. I want novels more. There’s just so much here: something crawled into the dimension 093 leads to, set itself up as God, and then everything just collapsed. I love it. I need more.
10/10
SCP-094 - Miniature Event Horizon
This one’s honestly kinda boring. It’s just a black sphere (essentially a black hole) that is slowly getting bigger and will eventually be big enough to consume the earth. That just doesn’t do it for me. I acknowledge that a lot of skips have world ending potential, but I like when they’re actually contained, rather than just being “yup, here’s this thing we can do nothing about except watch.”
2/10
SCP-095 - The Atomic Adventures of Ronnie Ray-Gun
These are fun. They’re comics, apparently published in the 1930s, that tell sci-fi versions of Reagan’s presidency. Love it. Fantastic idea.
9/10
SCP-096 - The “Shy Guy”
Love the idea of this one. You see its face, and it will hunt you to the ends of the earth to murder you. Fantastic.
8/10
SCP-097 - Old Fairgrounds
“Creepy fairground” is a great horror cliche (love it), and I’m glad we have one as a skip. The execution itself is kinda middle of the road, though. I’d say that the redactions this time are mostly well placed (there’s one towards the end that feels unnecessary), which is always a good thing. Pumpkins are kind of my jam, and I like that they’re appropriately spooky.
8/10
SCP-098 - Surgeon Crabs
Nope. Don’t want to be eaten by crabs. No.

Series I, Part VII
SCP-033 - The Missing Number
Another one that’s just kinda weird!
I really like when the name of the page sums up the skip as nicely as this one does. I also really like the idea that the number isn’t actively “harmful,” rather, it’s trying to integrate itself into a system that doesn’t really account (heh) for it. It’s a fun concept.
8/10
SCP-034 - Obsidian Ritual Knife
I find the implications of this much more terrifying than the report actually lets on. The ability to change into someone by cutting off a portion of their skin, and gaining their physical appearance and even their DNA absolutely terrifies me. It’s another one of those that I find deeply upsetting. Like the Pipe Nightmare.
9/10
SCP-035 - Possessive Mask
I feel like this one tries to do too much?
The basic concept is fine. I like the evil mask and the possession bits. Those are great. Everything past that, though, just feels like it’s trying too hard, to the point of becoming almost silly. It’s the opposite problem of over-redacting. Instead of there being too little information to be scary, there’s too much. Oh, the mask is super smart and tries to manipulate people into letting it escape! And it can use telepathy to do that even without a host! And it can make the walls bleed, and turn the entire cell into a concentrated zone of hate and despair that makes everyone who enters it want to kill themself!
It’s just too much.
2/10
SCP-036 - The Reincarnation Pilgrimage of the Yazidi (Kiras Guhorîn)
I’m not really sure what to make of this one, mostly because it doesn’t feel like an SCP. It’s not something that can be “secured” or “contained.” Rather, it’s a religious ritual that the Foundation just apparently helps adherents perform. Which…yeah. Giving this a null score, because it just fundamentally doesn’t feel like an SCP.
-/10
SCP-037 - Dwarf Star
Another one that’s just kinda weird. It’s a tiny star that somehow made its way to Earth, and because it’s literally tiny, it had to be hidden. There’s little else to really say about it.
4/10
SCP-038 - The Everything Tree
Major Dune vibes from this one, although I’m pretty sure I’ve just revealed how terrible my taste as a twenty-something was, because I’m pretty sure the Tleilaxu cloning farms are from the awful novels not by Herbert. Otherwise it’s just a fun sort of concept.

Series I, Part XV
SCP-079 - Old AI
This one’s kinda funny and sad? Like, some kid programmed an AI, then got bored with it, and just left it in his garage to stew and get more and more advanced, and now it hates everyone. Which, honestly, relatable. I love it.
10/10
SCP-080 - Dark Form
Okay so I know it says not to refer to 080 as “the Boogieman,” but honestly, it’s the Boogieman. It’s a shadow creature that disappears in light brighter than a standard nightlight and causes nightmares. That’s a Boogieman. Sorry SCP Foundation, I don’t make the rules. I like that it can cause permanent psychological damage, though. That’s a neat addition.
8/10
SCP-081 - Spontaneous Combustion Virus
Spontaneous human combustion has always been a thing that fascinates me (I wrote a paper on it in college), because I’ve always been into weird shit like this (shocker, I know). The idea that it’s caused by a virus is actually kind of neat. I don’t even mind that it references real world events (documented cases of SHC), because there’s no “real” explanation for why it happens, so it doesn’t feel particularly weird or disrespectful.
9/10
SCP-082 - “Fernand” the Cannibal
So, despite being eaten alive being one of my biggest phobias, I actually really like this one. It’s very well written and well crafted. So I dig it. It’s kinda funny, what with the guy being tricked into thinking he’s the king of France, and then just sort of randomly attacking people when the urge strikes him. I also really like that it kind of ends on a joke? It’s great. Love it.
10/10
SCP-083 - An Abandoned Row Home
I really don’t know what to make of this one. It’s weird, and it’s certainly got a creepy factor, but like…I dunno. I find this one kind of unsettling, honestly. Not so much that the house changes its layout, but more that it might be inhabited and we’d have no way of knowing? Definitely spooky.
8/10
SCP-084 - Static Tower
This one creeps me out. I dunno why, but radio towers are creepy. All the extra stuff (trapping people there, weird photographs, etc) is just extra. Nails it in one.
9/10
SCP-085 - Hand-drawn “Cassy”
This one makes me sad. It’s another case of “if not for the Foundation, this person couldn’t live,” because obviously a person who is just a drawing on a piece of paper couldn’t have a normal life otherwise, but this one has the added tragedy of Cassy only existing because of the Foundation, which honestly makes it worse. Combine this with Cassy being aware that she’s a drawing and thus forever alone, and that she’s showing symptoms of depression because of this, and it’s just a generally super depressing skip.

Series I, Part XIV
SCP-073 - “Cain”
If you’ve been reading along, you’ll already know my opinion of this one.
I continue to strongly dislike the use of real world religion/mythology as SCPs. This one (and 076, we’ll get there, too) continue to be among my least favorites. They feel almost like they’re trying too hard.
1/10
SCP-074 - Quantum Woodlouse
This one’s fun. I generally like infohazards, and this is no exception. I like how knowing about it makes it, in a way, more dangerous. It’s a fun little twist.
9/10
SCP-075 - Corrosive Snail
This one reminds me of that stupid reddit thing with the invulnerable snail that kills you if it touches you. Obviously, this one is much scarier (being large and heavy and apparently very fast and aggressive), but that’s just where my brain goes. Fantastic idea.
10/10
SCP-076 - “Able”
I will admit that I appreciate that Able has been seriously toned down. He used to be much more edgelord OC, and was ostensibly a good guy and on the side of the Foundation. I appreciate that he’s now just a lunatic. I still hate that it’s a real world religious thing, though.
1/10
SCP-077 - Rot Skull
So, two immediate thoughts on this one. Firstly, this is another case of over-redacting things and making it silly. Redacting document numbers is just silly. Secondly, the line “The cafeteria menu for Research Sector-861 must not include potatoes or potato based ingredients” is funny as hell.
Beyond that…I dunno. It’s definitely a weird one. I like that. The implication that it’s responsible for the Potato Famine doesn’t sit right with me, though.
6/10
SCP-078 - Guilt
This one’s cool. It’s another play on the sort of infohazard thing that I like. I especially like how extreme it gets – you die of malnutrition because you start to freak out rationalizing why you ate a given part of a meal first. Fantastic. I’m for sure gonna think about this next time I eat.

Series I, Part XII
SCP-067 - The Artist’s Pen
I am reflecting now that, for a website that is ostensibly a horror website, a lot of the skips aren’t actually scary?
Like this one. It’s just a pen that takes you over and makes you write things, probably against your will. That’s a little scary, I suppose, but it also relinquishes control when it’s done, so it’s not like, super scary? I dunno. It certainly is weird, I’ll give it that.
7/10
SCP-068 - The Wire Figure
While I reject the idea that fiction needs to have a “point,” the fact that several skips don’t seem to have one is odd. Like, fine, it’s a weird little metal dude that makes more weird little metal dudes, then climbs into them like a Gundam, but like, to what end? It doesn’t necessarily need a purpose, I suppose, but the complete lack of one is baffling, especially because once it hits Gundam phase it just stops.
4/10
SCP-069 - The Second Chance
Oh I like this one.
So it takes on the appearance and memory of someone who died recently, and tries to get their life in order in case of another sudden death. It’s currently suicidal because it was told that the family of the real person it’s currently replicating knows the real one is dead. It’s great.
I like that this one, unlike 068, does seem to actually do something. And it’s sort of benevolent, if you squint. It’s a great idea all around.
9/10
SCP-070 - Iron Wings
I’ll admit to a bit of confusion on this one. Is the skip the dude, or is it the wings? Either way, I’m not really feeling this one.
4/10
SCP-071 - Degenerative Metamorphic Entity
I feel like the researcher note kills this one. On its own, the idea is creepy and weird (I especially like that the degenerative effect happens even if you “achieve auto-gratification through masturbation via use of media containing SCP-071”), and it makes sense why it’s a skip. The researcher note just takes it a step too far. It’s not enough that it’s a creepy sex monster/virus thing, no. We’ve gotta make sure we throw in some truly depraved D class personnel. Brings it down a few points, unfortunately.
5/10
SCP-072 - The Foot of the Bed
Oh hey it’s one of my deepest fears.
I like how this one is marked as “safe.” Presumably because, as long as no one sleeps in the bed and leaves their foot out, nothing will happen. And they’ve got the mattresses contained or destroyed, so it’s not going to happen accidentally. Still, hate it.

Series I, Part XII
SCP-061 - Auditory Mind Control
This one is creepy. The part that really gets me is the test notes at the end. They told someone under the effects of 061 to run on a treadmill, but because they didn’t tell them to turn it on, they just ran on it and ran into the control terminal. I like “hard” mind control like that. Dunno why, it just appeals to me.
7/10
SCP-062 - “Quantum” Computer
Oh look, another fun idea ruined by needlessly redacting too much information. Except that, again, none of it is worth redacting. Not knowing what dates the tests were on doesn’t do anything to make the tests more frightening or creepy, it’s just weird and dumb.
3/10
SCP-063 - “The World’s Best Tothbrush”
Exactly what it says on the tin. World’s best tothbrush. Because it cuts through inorganic and dead matter, it really would do just that.
Also if you don’t use it to brush teeth at least once every twenty-four hours, it starts disintegrating everything around it. Just like a normal toothbrush.
8/10
SCP-064 - Flawed von Neumann Structure
The idea of a self replicating device is usually kinda creepy to me, but this one is another one that’s just weird. There’s no explanation, no real backstory, just a brick that will grow into a building if left to its own devices.
6/10
SCP-065 - Destroyed Organic Catalyst
I’m torn on this one. I like the general idea, but the ties to real world religion are always kind of a turn off for me. I dunno.
4/10
SCP-066 - Eric’s Toy
Another weird one! The description of this one (mass of yarn and ribbons) really sets me on edge for some reason. The fact that it looks like that and is apparently hostile is…a lot I dunno. It’s just so innocuous sounding.

Series I, Part XI
SCP-056 - A Beautiful Person
This is one of those that I feel works well for just how…vague isn’t really the right word, but it’s the best one I’ve got. It’s the subtlety of it. The way it appears as just a better version of whatever’s around – a better camera if left alone, a more attractive person than anyone in the room, a better specimen of dog when exposed to the pet of one of the doctors. There’s no explanation for what it is, it has no stated goal beyond wanting to be seen and apparently adored, but it still manages to be creepy.
7/10
SCP-057 - The Daily Grind
This one’s kinda fun. It’s both weird (creepy underground chamber that forces you to play along until it crushes you to death) and delightfully without explanation or apparent purpose. It’s just a room that kills you. I feel that the lack of explanation makes it better (this is a theme), because once you explain the why it stops being scary. That reminds me, I should do the “explained” SCPs some day, too.
8/10
SCP-058 - Heart of Darkness
I feel like this one suffers from a bit too much redacted info. The basic idea (evil cow heart that kills and eats you) is fine, but the notes section just redacts a bit too much. Worse, it’s info that isn’t really necessary in the first place, so redacting it just makes less sense. Combined with that it talks (but apparently just says nonsense?) and it’s just underwhelming.
4/10
SCP-059 - Radioactive Mineral
As a premise, this one’s neat. The idea of extradimensional radioactivity is actually really fun. But then it gets into weird fungus stuff and, to me, feels like it loses the thread a bit there. It definitely feels like it’s trying to do too much.
4/10
SCP-060 - Infernal Occult Skeleton
I just want to start by saying that this article is called “Infernal Occult Skeleton,” and opens with a picture of a tree. It’s a whole mood.
This is another one that I feel works well because of both how much information it gives (evil skeleton appears if the tree is burned, skeleton is on fire and attempts to spread fire and also murder people) and how little it gives (skeleton is a relatively recent phenomenon, potentially summoned by the previous owner of the house, no one knows where said owner is or if he’s alive). Nothing in the article is redacted (this is a big one. A well placed redaction adds a lot, a poorly placed one ruins an entire article), they just state plainly that they don’t know. It’s a much better way of writing these, I think. “We know but won’t tell you” isn’t nearly as scary as “yeah we’ve got no clue.”

Series I, Part IX
SCP-045 - Atmospheric Converter
I don’t know how to feel about this one. I might actually be too dumb for it, because I read it twice and still only sort of get it. I think it could theoretically ruin the world by converting parts of the atmosphere into water and table salt, but I don’t have enough of a grasp on chemistry to fully understand how severe of a threat it actually is.
5/10
SCP-046 - “Predatory” Holly Bush
This one’s pretty cool. I like both versions of the document. The idea that it tricks people into coming to it is pretty neat, and the idea that there’s some debate about whether or not it’s predatory is actually pretty funny. All told, I just find this one to be fun.
7/10
SCP-047 - Microbial Mutagen
I think this one is neat. I especially like that it doesn’t actually affect humans, but rather works on viruses and the like, and can potentially make them more deadly. It’s good.
7/10
SCP-048 - The Cursed SCP Number
Okay so this one is very funny, but I’m honestly unsure of how to rate it. The problem is, like 036, it’s not really an SCP? It’s more of a meta joke about SCPs? I dunno.
-/10
SCP-049 - Plague Doctor
049 my beloved
I really like this one. Partially because I love the plague doctor aesthetic (I have several plush plague doctors), partially because I love like, pre-modern medical horror (like Bloodborne and Pathologic). But also because the whole vibe here is great. 049 isn’t trying to be actively malicious (maybe it is in some of the tales, but again, I’m not counting those for this project). It’s just a perfect example of what TV Tropes calls blue and orange morality. It is aware of a Pestilence that only it can sense (or it thinks it’s aware of this pestilence, it’s unclear), and it’s trying to save the world from it. The fact that it can’t properly explain the Pestilence, or that the Pestilence may not even exist, isn’t really it’s fault.
10/10
SCP-050 - To The Cleverest
The vibe I get from this one is like, a fairy. You hold onto it, and if you’re nice to it, it does nice things to you, like clean your office. If you do mean things, like abandon it or try to destroy it, it tries to destroy you. It’s cool.

Series I, Part V
SCP-022 - The Morgue
This one’s also just sorta weird. The morgue resurrects people, apparently random people, and not in their own bodies. That last bit is the part that upsets me the most, I think. I’d much rather be in my own body if I have to be forcibly resurrected.
8/10
SCP-023 - Black Shuck
So this is like a church grim but evil? I dig it.
10/10
SCP-024 - Game Show of Death
Whomst among us, who is old enough to remember Legends of the Hidden Temple, didn’t imagine “but what if it was all real and also deadly?” I know I sure as hell did, and this SCP is exactly that. Also, thanks to V/H/S ‘99, I imagine the announcer as Steven Ogg.
8/10
SCP-025 - A Well-Worn Wardrobe
I actually really like this one. It’s incredibly creative. It’s weird, it’s creepy, it’s just a random item that does a thing with no apparent backstory or explanation. Basically, it’s everything I want from an SCP. Love it.
9/10
SCP-026 - Afterschool Retention
Space-time fuckery will always be a favorite of mine. I really love this one, particularly the exploration logs. The idea that you’re walking in a room that’s “outside” the building is…creepy as shit, honestly, especially when you’re on the third floor, because I have some serious acrophobia. Still, I loved this one. If/when I write some tales, I’ll definitely be writing one about this skip.

Series I, Part IV
SCP-017 - Shadow Person
It’s a shadow that eats you if your shadow intersects with it. Appropriately creepy. The article doesn’t state whether or not the shadow person is three dimensional. I’m choosing to believe it’s not, because it’s creepier that way.
9/10
SCP-018 - Super Ball
I like this one. It’s not creepy, just weird, and dangerous because it breaks physics. I love the idea of it.
9/10
SCP-019 - The Monster Pot
One of the first things that jumped out to me about this article was the line “If a successful method is discovered, SCP-019 is to be destroyed with prejudice.”, regarding the destruction of the pot. It’s just so blunt, and shows a side of the Foundation that is sometimes forgotten, I think. The “P” in SCP stands for Protect, and it’s about protecting the world from the objects. And this object just lets weird, small, violent creatures out. Forever. They’re relatively easy to kill, but they never stop coming. It makes sense why this is classed as Keter, and why they’d destroy it if they could.
8/10
SCP-020 - Unseen Mold
Mold already creeps me out a bit (thanks, Resident Evil 7!), but this one really takes the cake. What gets me isn’t that it takes people over, or even that it tries to get itself to spread. No, it’s that it grows on people and they (and others) wouldn’t notice unless they’re looking at them through some sort of camera. BRB, going to examine everyone I know with the camera on my phone before I do anything else today.
10/10
SCP-021 - Skin Wyrm
This is another one that’s just sort of weird, rather than necessarily creepy (these are fast becoming my favorite kind of skip, if you couldn’t tell). I like that it’s not just a tattoo that moves; no, it does indeed need to eat (other tattoos). That gives it a leg up on other, similar ideas.

Series I, Part III
SCP-012 - A Bad Composition
I don’t really know what to make of this one. So it’s a piece of cursed sheet music, and anyone who encounters it tries to “finish” it with their own blood, then they kill themselves because they can’t finish it. The music (if played) is also awful. It’s weird and spooky, I guess? I can see why such a thing would need to be contained, but it doesn’t do much for me.
5/10
SCP-013 - Blue Lady Cigarettes
This one is certainly a thing. You smoke the cigarettes, you start to perceive yourself as the blue lady and see her reflection in reflective surfaces, and it’ll never be undone. It’s…I can see why that could fuck someone up, honestly.
9/10
SCP-014 - The Concrete Man
This one’s actually kinda sad. It’s a man who was checked into an asylum in 1915, and somehow came to the conclusion that he was cursed to turn into concrete and live forever. And, well, he’s definitely living forever (he does not appear to be concrete). And so, he’s just kept by the Foundation. They gave him a room with a view, and play music for him, but even so, he’s just gonna be like that, probably forever. It’s as close to humane as they can be, but it’s still sad.
9/10
SCP-015 - Pipe Nightmare
Nope. Hate it. Scares the shit out of me. No thank you.
I don’t like that some of the pipes are made out of flesh, I don’t like that there are apparently rats within them, and I don’t like that banging and screaming can be heard from inside. Also they can apparently sense aggression, and react negatively to it. Not good. Hate it. Great concept, great execution, would like to go on not thinking about it.
10/10
SCP-016 - Sentient Micro-Organism
This one’s creepy. I’ll be honest, I’m mostly over like, super deadly diseases, and have been since I read The Stand when I was fifteen. But this one works for me. I like that it can forcibly shift whoever it has infected to get them to survive adverse conditions in order to further spread itself. It’s a delightfully creepy concept.

Series I, Part II
SCP-007 - Abdominal Planet
This one kinda scares the hell out of me, to be honest. Not the skip itself (dude with a planet where his abdomen should be, kinda weird, but otherwise fairly tame for an SCP entry). No, what scares me about this one is (and this will be a recurring theme) the way they’re just holding a dude hostage with no real oversight or recourse. Sure, the guy’s SSN comes up as invalid, but still. They’ve got this guy, they’re denying him access to the outside world, and…they’re just gonna get away with it.
As I said, this will be a recurring theme. In a lot of cases, I think the actual containment of things (usually people) is worse than the thing itself.
7/10
SCP-008 - Zombie Plague
This one does nothing for me. It’s exactly what it says on the tin, and while that’s fine, it just doesn’t appeal to me. All the same, I feel hesitant to give it a low rating because it is well written, it just isn’t my thing.
6/10
SCP-009 - Red Ice
This one’s kinda neat. It’s evil water (you can tell it’s evil because it’s red). It can contaminate normal water (including the water in people) and will kill them. It’s probably from another dimension. I don’t have much to say about this one. It’s just a fun concept.
7/10
SCP-010 - Collars of Control
I don’t like this one.
Not conceptually. Conceptually it’s great. Collars that allow whoever has the remote complete control over the wearer as long as they understand how to use the remote is a great concept. I love it. I also hate it, because one of the lines is “The most abnormal feature of the collars is the effect they have on the body morphology. They allow the user of the remote to reconfigure the shape of the victim to an extent that is apparently only limited by the knowledge of the programming language of the remote.” Nope. Hate it. I can take a lot of body horror, but like…something about that sets off all my Nope! Alarms.
9/10
SCP-011 - Sentient Civil War Memorial Statue
This one’s just kinda sweet? Again, it’s exactly what it says on the tin: A Civil War Memorial Statue in Vermont that just happens to be alive and sentient. It’s nice. I liked reading this one.

Series I, Part XVI
SCP-086 - The Office of Dr. [REDACTED]
This one’s kinda fun. It was the office of an SCP admin, and then he died, and now he is the office. It’s great. Love it. Hate that the pencil sharpener is part of how it eats.
8/10
SCP-087 - The Staircase
I feel like this might be the first “big” SCP I’ve gotten to? Like, I know that 035, 049, 073, and 076 are popular, but I feel like 087 is (numerically) the first really big one. I attribute this to that one game of it, where you’d go down a random number of steps before you got jumpscared. That went viral for a bit (during my first real foray on tumblr), and as a result, 087 became pretty iconic. It’s a decent idea, honestly. Creeps the hell out of me.
10/10
SCP-088 - The Lizard King
It’s Charles III!
Just kidding.
Creepiest part of this one is that the lizard dude can make more lizard dude by forcibly mutating people. That’s just…I don’t like it. It’s the kind of body horror that actually squicks me out, and then you combine it with how it overtakes the personality of those it transforms…Nope. Do not like.
8/10
SCP-089 - Tophet
The last two paragraphs of the description of this one are pretty goddamn chilling, and had it ended there, I think this would have been a 10/10. However, as is often the case, they just take it too far. There’s a list of different events predicted by the statue, and how long it took to end it and what the consequences were. And, of course, the last one is in the year 20XX (I can’t do the black out thing, sorry), and the protocol hasn’t been completed, so who knows what terrible thing was prophesied and is happening now? This is (arguably) personal taste, but those kinds of things always fall flat for me.
6/10
SCP-090 - Apocorubik’s Cube
This one’s just kinda silly, honestly. It’s a huge, impossibly complex Rubik’s cube that, when matches are made on the various surfaces, bad stuff happens worldwide. It’s just hard for me to take seriously.
3/10
SCP-091 - Nostalgia
God I love memetics.
You see the tissue box/picture of the tissue box (or you’re asked directly about it), and you immediately start to remember it as being at important life events. But it’s a tissue box. It’s just so weird and lovely.
10/10
SCP-092 - “The Best of The 5th Dimension”
This is another one that’s just kind of strange. I don’t really know what to make of it, honestly. The CDs cause anomalous effects when listened to, and they’re all related to either the concept of dimensions, the number 5, or the band itself, but like, other than that they’re just weird? It’s fun, but…eh. No strong feelings on this one.

Series I, Part X
SCP-051 - Japanese Obstetrical Model
This one actually creeps me the hell out. A miscarriage causing doll? No thank you.
9/10
SCP-052 - Time Travelling Train
I think I’d like this better without the last recovered passenger. I dunno. The idea is fun, but I feel like not enough is done with it. Could’ve been weirder.

SCP-053 - Young Girl
God I love this one.
A kid of approximately three, doesn’t age, and anyone over the age of three that’s around her pretty much immediately wants to kill her. That’s a story I want to know more about. But I love how little is given to you. You’re just left to imagine what’s going on here, and I love it.

SCP-054 - Water Nymph
This one makes me sad. It’s just like, a lady made of water, and the Foundation experimented on her. It’s so cruel. I hate it.

SCP-055 - [unknown]
I don’t really feel I can adequately rate this one.

Okay so actually I think this one is great. One of the creepier ones. I know I said I wouldn’t evaluate tales, but there’s one about this one that has always creeped me the hell out, with two agents on a bench being alternately mindwiped by it, and it’s just so fucked up. “Do you remember talking about something that isn’t round?” Chef’s kiss. Love it. This is one of my favorites, and the idea that it’s so dangerous just because we don’t have any idea what it is is perfect. I love it. I’m gonna take this opportunity to plug There Is No Antimemetics Division, because really all the antimemes are among my favorite SCPs. Highly recommend, cannot get enough of them.
