LIFE SIZED STATUE OF PATRICK KAVANAGH

This life sized statue of Patrick Kavanagh sitting on one side of a park bench is by John Coll and it was unveiled in June 1991. It is situated on the north bank of the Grand Canal across from Mespil Road.

STACKED100 - DECEMBER POST

what is stacked100?

It’s something I thought up, inspired in part by “stackednatural”, but mostly by myself doing this with The Vampire Diaries this last year (see my #stackediaries tag). The gist of it is that you watch each episode of the show on the anniversary of their airing date. It “officially” started in October (with only two episodes) and it would end in September 2024. You can see the full schedule here.

what are we supposed to do with this

Whatever the hell you want lmao. Tag whatever post you make #stacked100 and go for it! Gifsets, live blogging, discussions… engage with other people as much or as little as you want. Watch some episodes and not others, for any reason. I’m doing this to have some fun with this VERY polarizing show, seeing how my perspective might be changed with hindsight + this specific way of watching it, and a bit because I miss my little corner of this messy as fuck fandom. But this is something you can do in whichever manner works for you, mate.

episodes to watch this month

-December 3rd - Season 2 Episode 6, “Fog of War”. Tensions run high between Clarke and Finn, and Raven discovers that Mount Weather is interfering with Camp Jaha's communication systems. Meanwhile, Jasper and Monty discover the truth about what's going on at Mount Weather.

-December 10th - Season 2 Episode 7, “Long Into an Abyss”. As Abby and Jaha each try to establish their authority, Clarke comes up with a plan to stop the Grounders' attack. At Mount Weather, Jasper, Monty, Miller and Harper plan their escape, as Dr. Tsing and Cage conduct deadly experiments.

-December 17th - Season 2 Episode 8, “Spacewalker”. Camp Jaha butt heads over what to do with Finn, as flashbacks show his and Raven's relationship on the Ark.
